Great place for my in laws...

My mother moved in earlier this month. I have been so impressed with the general attitude of the people who work there. They are so incredibly helpful, and really very nice. This feels so much more like a "retirement community" than an assisted living facility. It feels like a plush hotel with concierge service that is really helpful. There is so much to do! I was very concerned that my mom was going to be the last one left out of all of her friends. I wanted her in a place where she could meet people and still do all the things she likes to do, like playing bridge, Canasta, watching movies, going for a walk with a group. It's still early yet, but she seems very happy. Everyday she tells me her plans for what her day and her night will be. I love that there is so much for her to do! My mom is one of those people who just likes what she likes when it comes to food. Well, she likes the food that they serve there! It's such a relief! We all know how difficult it can be when it comes to food with older people. I really feel like my mom is in a wonderful apartment in a great area with people who care.

Everyone that works there and interacts with the residents takes the time to get to know them personally from what I can see from the last half dozen visits. Dad is happy and in good care and loves all the attention given. Wish dad would have moved in sooner but best decision in a long time and highly recommends the place to all his friends now. Yay!

This is a great Assisted and Independent Living facility. My father is here and we are very happy with the care he is provided and the overall services of the Club. Two Thumbs Up!

They are an awful facility. They don’t take care of their residents. My family member was given medication without consent and had a bad reaction. Instead of owning the mistake they blamed us!

We are very happy with Dads new home. The staff are wonderful and caring. The general manager, Sara , has been so helpful transitioning Dad from another home to the Club. What a great place to live, especially the view on the 8th floor patio!

Unbelievable move in experience!! I moved my mom in yesterday and it couldnt have been an easier transition or a more warm welcome for my mom. The Club literally rolled out the red carpet for her! It will be a wonderful memory for both of us! Also, Iveliz helped us from day one - she is a fantastic part of the sales and marketing team. She is a true asset to The Club and just wanted everyone to know that her professionalism helped make this a very easy decision and process. Thanks again to the whole team at The Club!

The staff here is amazing, they really take the time to get to know the residents. The FaceTimes that they have been doing with the families during Covid has really helped to put our minds at ease.

My father is having a wonderful experience living at The Club. Aside from being new, beautiful, incredible river views, and having great food - the people that work there are unusually kind and generous with their time and attention. I am comparing my dads experience here to several awful years at Atria in Ossining which mixed all residents together - no matter how ill. That place was super expensive and just not very good. The Club is not only reasonably priced, but you can put your mind at ease because Sara Humphrey and her staff are remarkably attentive and service oriented. Sara recently helped my family by convincing my dad to go to the hospital - he was being stubborn , and it turned out that he had pneumonia. He quickly recovered and is doing great - she made sure that he received 3 meals per day to His room, and that he was getting better. I live in Irvington, and though only 20 minutes away - I feel certain that my dad has an incredibly beautiful and warm home at The Club.

My overall experience has been very pleasant here at The Club. Current leadership has been a great addition and change for the better. The atmosphere in general has taken a noticeable shift I would say in a more positive direction especially for the staff. Any and every work place is and will not be perfect but it takes very special leaders and people in general who WANT to take into consideration what you have to say as a staff member and work very hard daily to make the work environment one that is worth getting up for everyday.... I would say The Club has that kind of leadership team and continues to make sure our community remains this way so that we can provide the best service towards our residents.... which is what its really all about !! 🙂

My mother has been at The Club at Briarcliff Manor since November 2019 and we have been very happy with the care and support of the staff, particularly under very difficult circumstances. I can rest easier knowing that my mother is in a caring community with good friends and thoughtful support.

My mom moved into The Club last November and she (we) have been very happy with our experience from the get-go. The facilities are brand-spanking new and are beautiful with views of the Hudson River all the way down to NYC. The staff has been friendly and helpful and mom has made some great friends. We lived in Westchester for many years and it has been fun for mom to get reacquainted with others from our home town. My wife and I even ran into some of our HS classmates who also have parents there. Covid has been a major concern for older folks and The Clubs staff has risen to the challenge putting the health and safety of their residents first. I certainly recommend The Club to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and inviting environment to enjoy their golden years!
