My dad was a resident in their memory care unit the last 8 months of his life. The staff is incredible -especially Reina, Rhia and Kelly. They truly care about their residents. I always felt like my dad was well taken care of and secure. He was always clean, well fed and secure. The facility is clean, well lit and friendly - from reception to administration. I would highly recommend Kiley Ranch for assisted and memory care living for your loved ones.

I visited here recently looking for a place for my mother. Austin showed us the community, and he was so professional, helpful, and empathetic during such a stressful time in our life. We were so thankful for him and his willingness to meet our needs. My mother ended up needing psychiatric hospital services but we would have come here if it had worked out. Thank you Austin and Kiley Ranch, we may be back when the timing is right!

This is by far the nicest assisted living community in Sparks/Reno. Not only is the building new and clean but the staff were very helpful and make you feel like part of a family. All the residents were glowing and happy, and there were fun activities going on during our tour for my mother. The chef came out and introduced themselves and asked my mother what her favorite meal was and gave us some freshly baked cookies. The rooms are spacious and a close walk to the dining and amenities. I loved that it is a one story building versus others in the area. I would recommend Kiley Ranch to anyone looking in the Reno area who wants the best for their mom and dad.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kiley Ranch Assisted Living facility in Sparks, NV. My mother is a resident in their assisted living. I am one of those family members that like to keep a very close eye on mom. I’ve had the chance to meet a few of the other residents and everyone seems very happy and content. The staff is so attentive, caring and nice! Everyone is always smiling and happy. All the staff treat the residents with utmost respect and kindness. Management and nursing staff are always willing to talk to me if I have questions about my mom. I just love that she is there and mom loves it there also . Highly recommend!

We are very happy with Kiley Ranch Senior Living! This has been a wonderful new home for my mother-in-law. We were very worried that she would have trouble adjusting from living in her own home to apartment living in a group setting, but she adjusted very quickly and is very happy. She enjoys all her new friends. The staff has been very supportive and helpful, making her feel very welcome. Thank you Kiley staff!

Kiley Ranch provides an outstanding assisted living environment, effectively balancing needed support with appropriate levels of independence and privacy. In our experience, all members of the staff have been consistently friendly, caring, responsive, and respectful of the individuals living at KR - from our initial visits throughout the 5 months we have now been here. When we explored assisted living options, the physical space was also a key consideration. The KR building itself 'fits' the landscape of the area. The size and number of residents and apartments seems just right - not too big, not too small. The interior layout/design was very well planned with different but intuitive pathways to get from here to there, and stopping off points that seem to genuinely engage residents and visitors - for example a wall mounted scrabble board that actually seems to be used, jigsaw puzzles that many people seem to stop at, and sitting areas with direct access to very nice outdoor courtyards that also seem to be used. Because we live out of state and our beloved resident did not want to leave NW Nevada, and Kiley Ranch is still relatively new, we hired someone to come in a few hours a week to be a consistent personal companion/proxy family member, and also provide a watchful eye for us. The companion's report is that Kiley Ranch is by far the best AL facility she has been in! We are grateful to all the staff members who make this place truly worthy of the trust residents and their families place in them. The great reviews are well deserved.

Our family toured Kiley Ranch in early December and we moved a loved one into the Generations memory care in January. The community is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful ambience and lots of amenities for seniors to enjoy. We are most impressed by the staff who greet us warmly with every visit and it is evident that they love the residents and work hard to make each person feel special and important. The move-in process was seamless and accommodating. We had two families share their positive experiences with us and we are so thankful we made the commitment to move our loved one to Kiley Ranch. Kiley Ranch is a community where seniors will thrive and have the opportunity to enjoy companionship and pampering. For anyone looking into Kiley Ranch as an option, I give it my highest recommendation and encourage you to give it a try!

Built in 2022, this wonderfully clean and bright senior living facility is perfect for my mom. The staff are incredible; great customer service with no obsequiousness, and a caring eye on every resident. The food is excellent restaurant quality (3 meals a day and snacks in between are included), the housekeeping service is a great bonus (weekly housekeeping and laundry) and the activities are accessible without being overwhelming. Highly recommend you take a tour with the fantastic team to see this great facility yourself.

This senior living complex is an amazing place for my mom. Well appointed and modern, the apartments are spacious and fully ADA compliant. Fantastic meals, inclusive activities and plenty of opportunities to socialize and make new friends. The staff are wonderfully engaged and caring. You must see this incredible home!
