MorningStar folks were amazing and helpful in getting us through the process of admitting our parents. Our parents passed away prior to admitting and Trish and Nancy and Neumy were supportive as they helped us figure out the right thing to do for our parents which ultimately lead to our parents passing away at home versus MorningStar due to the advanced nature of their health. Their goal was our peace and supporting us , not making money. We are grateful for their kindness, knowledge and support through this sad process.

I have lived in Morningstar for the past 18 months. It is an excellent place to live. The facility is clean and well maintained, the food is excellent and the staff is friendly and courteous.

I took a tour of this assisted living facility for my dad. I walked and talked with Stephanie and found her to be very informative of all aspects of the community. I found the community to be very clean and had something to do for everyone. I would recommend them highly.

Absolutely 5 stars. Integrity and class in every aspect of my experience of taking a tour. Charlie, our guide, was impeccable in answering my dad's never ending tedious questions... This place offers so many more benefits than the others in the reno area I've been touring. Large apartments, all day dining menu are just two of the important ones for us. I'm sold.

Great place and my dad is so happy there at the Sparks Morningstar! Nida gave us a great tour and answered all of our questions, and was very responsive when we contacted her throughout the moving process. This facility is clean and welcoming and very well-managed. Great follow through with everything so far: daily activity bulletins all over the building, quick response from maintenance, friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, follow up contacts from management, etc. We have found a wonderful place for my dad to call home!!

After looking at all the senior facilities in Reno, I am so glad I chose Morning Star in Sparks for my grandmother. Everything they have is what I imagined for my grandmother and more. The apartments are spacious with a beautiful view, the daily activities are exciting, the food is delicious, and the staff there are incredibly welcoming. Nida, Amanda, Inga and the whole team made my grandmother feel right at home. I have no doubt that my grandmother is in the best hands.

Cannot say enough about the staff and facility at Morning Star. My parents lived here for 2.5 years. Dad passed away there and they helped so much. They had a special memorial and worked so welll with hospice. They were incredible with both my parents and myself. The food is amazing, the facility clean, the staff wonderful. My mom loved it there. So many little extras that making leaving home less difficult for them. I plan on moving there when I retire!

My mom loves it in the Reflections memory care unit. The staff are amazing with the residents and everyone is always kept clean, dry, and treated with the utmost dignity and respect. My Mom & I visited Morning Star just to check it out. Eric showed us the facilities and a few apartments, and treated us to lunch. We were so impressed with everything my Mom immediately decided to move in. She took a 4th floor apartment because of the view of the beautiful courtyard and the eastern hills. My Mom is very excited about moving in very soon.

I visited this senior living a few days ago, and I have to say that I was very happy to see how nice and welcoming everyone was. Specially Lori, she was wonderful and knew what she was doing! I absolutely recommend this place. Im looking forward to have my mother move in, knowing that she will be comfortable and taking care of. The place is clean and the grounds are very nice.

What a nice place to live. But now concern about relocating to this area due to this massive shooting in the Las Vegas area. This is sad and my prayers are with all the families. Im a 4th generation in Seattle. Im a Lyft and Uber driver. Im now trying to make sure my grandchildren are ok in that area.

So far, so good. Will be moving my mom there in a couple of days from another facility. MorningStar has a great lineup of activities. If anyone is bored it will be their own fault. Both Eric and Lori have made the pre-sale & sale experience painless always answering all my questions. If they didnt know, they found out. The building is bright, cheerful and well-appointed. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and solicitous. Icing on the cake - it will actually cost my mom a little less money for what should be a better atmosphere, larger accommodations and perhaps better care.

I love MorningStar! Recently, my family and I had to make the tough decision to put our aunt in a senior care facility. We are her only family and she had began to need more care than we could provide. We viewed many senior care facilities. This was a really long and emotional process, and very difficult on us all. But at MorningStar, we all, especially my aunt, really felt at home. The entire process, from the beginning to end, made us feel so cared for and comforted. The marketing girl was so empathetic and knew just how we were feeling and how hard this is. When we were there we knew we were making the right decision. My aunt was even excited about the activities! I hadnt seen her excited for quite some time. I am so incredibly grateful for the staff and level of care we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
