My wife and I are very happy here. We have been living here about little more than a year. There are many community events each week and we attend as many as we can. These include Taco Tuesdays, game nights, and seasonal (holiday) parties among many others. We have made many new friends here, especially among the otherspet parents we meet at the dog park. I enjoy playing billiards; my wife and granddaughter love the swimming pool. The staff members are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend it.

Home is where the Heart is !! And I have definitely found my home here at Mera Rhodes Ranch. I have been living here for more than 3 years. I have lived in 3 different model units. All different. All great. Although there have been past issues with the previous complex staff we stayed here for the wonderful community and the great people. I have met some amazing friends that have now become family. The social amenities are abundant. There is always something to do or simply relax and enjoy the many wonderful areas of our complex. The kitchen. The game room. The gym. The library. The pool just to name few. The current complex manager and staff are great. Seasoned, experienced, and well versed in the workings of our active 55+ community. And no..I’m not getting paid to say all these great things about our community. I truly love living here !! it is wonderful having a assistant manager like Sonya at Mera Rhodes Ranch, she is amazing. Sonya is such a hard worker and if you ask her a question, she’ll give you the answer or will find out the answer as fast as she can. My aunt and I stopped by around 5 PM, and we were so fortunate to have Linda help us. Even though we came in on very short notice and close to the end of the day, she welcomed us with a smile and made us feel like we were her top priority. Linda gave us an incredible tour, took her time explaining everything in detail, and answered every question we had with patience and professionalism. What truly stood out was her dedication”she even stayed after her shift ended to make sure we had all the information we needed and felt comfortable moving forward. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Linda is a shining example of what it means to genuinely care about people. Mail delivery is very limited. Only when the office is open. Tenants live here 24/7 and are restricted from mail and package deliveries, which is a great disservice to all tenants.

Mera Rhodes Ranch Ranch is a wonderful place to live with an excellent management team. The delivery system is a bit tricky, but other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and only left due to personal circumstances. Special kudos to the leasing manager, Sonny, and sales associate, Tye who both exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service.

My experience living here is great. Very wonderful people live here, Community management has done a great job with With most issues tenants may have. In the three years I have lived here. The community has been well taken care of. The events that we have in this community are great. We enjoy time mingling among us tenants.. The community here is very safe and very peaceful. My husband and I haven’t even moved in yet and we’re already feeling like Mera Rhodes Ranch is home. We have communicated almost solely with LaShawn on staff and she has been absolutely wonderful in helping us get prepared as much as possible there before we make the move across country to become a part of the community. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the door to take a tour of the property and that feeling has not subsided. Property was clean and bright, the amount of amenities available outshined all other properties we toured and after the tour LaShawn followed up with us. No other property has done that. They truly work to make potential residents feel welcome, important, and valued.

A very lively place with lots of activities/amenities. Very nice people- residents and staff alike. Tye O’Neal-Sales Specialist, was very personable and kind. Pretty new facilities. Big wide open common areas. Big pool, daily activities, gym, arts and crafts and the balconies are large. Tye was our contact and she is super down to earth. Everyone here gets along great.

I have lived at Mera Rhodes Ranch for over 2.5 years. I find the staff, Arica,Ty, Efran and others are very friendly, caring and extremely hard-working. The community is very attractive and the people living here are quite friendly with a pleasant positive attitude. Carolyn, the community staff leader, adds a lot to the atmosphere planning fantastic, well decorated and wonderful delicious food for events. They happen often keeping everyone happy and well entertained for birthday celebrations as well as holidays and special events. I highly recommend this community to others!°

Loved the floor plan of the lux suite. Enjoyed the landscaping of the property, and especially the garden plots for the residents. We had a great time at the 80th birthday party. Your staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for inviting Pamela and myself to stay at your place.

I’ve lived in the Mera Rhodes community for almost 2 months. I love it here! The community is friendly and welcoming! There’s so much to do! I enjoy the exercise classes, the social activities, morning coffee with other community members and the amenities available to use. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made.

This senior building has a lot of activities going on 6 days a week and occasionally 7 days. It was one of the more affordable centers that I looked at being on a fixed income. I did tour about a dozen facilities. The reason I chose this one is because the person I spoke to in the beginning of my search, Mariah, helped me throughout the process and was always patient with the many questions I had. I felt very welcome. This is a fairly new building and has many amenities. I have great neighbors in the building and spend fun time with them at our functions. If you are still working, there are things to do after work here as well. If you like swimming, pickleball, working out, grilling outside, etc., you'll really like it here. We also have a library, computer room, movie room and more for us to get together. If you're still searching for a 55 and older community to live in, you should check this one out.

My parents recently stayed in the Luxe Suite at Mera Rhodes Ranch, and they absolutely loved it! The suite was super clean, comfortable, and had everything they needed to feel right at home. They kept talking about how nice the setup was and how thoughtful all the little details were. What really stood out, though, was the overall vibe of the community. The staff was so welcoming, and the residents were incredibly friendly. My parents had such a great time using the amenities and just enjoying the atmosphere, it really felt like a place they could see themselves living. After seeing how much they enjoyed their stay, I’ll definitely be keeping Mera Rhodes Ranch in mind when they’re ready to move. If you’re looking for a great 55+ community in Vegas, I’d highly recommend checking it out!

This place looks very nice and new. The pricing is higher than most but when I spoke to Ms.Mariah and she was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. I look forward to my tour with her. I love this community. People are awesome and staff is always there to help. Maintenace will go over and beyond. I feel very safe and secure in my apartment and when walking the grounds. Great location to shopping and dining. I picked this 55 + community because I wanted to make friends with people my age and amenities I can relate to. The interior hallways are like living in a 5-star hotel.

Ridiculous design choices, and overall an unsatisfying experience. There’s a metal plate screwed to the ceiling in the bathroom. Inside that metal plate three times every hour, you hear a loud metal banging sound. Building maintenance told my mother it was The same in every unit. In the smaller bedroom, there is a electrical plug mounted where you would expect an electrical switch to be. Ridiculous. The exhaust fan in the bathroom runs constantly. It would’ve been trivial to simply wire it to the light switch.

What a great place to live! I was so impressed with how well the manager communicated with the residents, and the close-knit, warm and welcoming vibe from everyone I spoke with! It is clear that the culture in this community is everything they promise - a great place to make friendships and foster a tight-knit neighborhood of people in the same demographic. The grounds are well kept, attention to detail is evident, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Loved my visit!
