Looking for a memory care center for my bestie and roommate was very difficult. You want to make sure they provide everything she is use to having but the price tag is out of reach. Many people feel desperate that I talked to, but Darci and Rosie at Spring Valley Memory Care, Las Vegas met the challenge and the tour was excellent. The staff was friendly, smell was clean, grounds and facilities are just like home. Darci made a stressful situation calm and affordable. I am very blessed to have found this place.

The activity directors are great and I know mom loves coming to them. Sometimes I wish there were some additional activities after 5 pm. The staff takes such good care of mom and she does speak highly about them to me......I thank you all for making my mom's stay so enjoyable......you make it so easy to talk to the Management staff also......love you all.

Vanessa, Elijah and Tammy are marvelous and how they care for the residents. Overall, the staff does a really nice job at the facility. However, there aren’t as many staff as there used to be. This is causing longer wait times to to get out of bed, and having a young Staff Member being in charge of both the desk, the phones, the residents in the front area and letting open the door. This needs to be addressed.

We can't say enough about how amazing Pacifica Spring Valley is. All of the staff are so sweet and caring and treat my mom like she is family. Vanessa, the Activities Director, is just an angel and has so many fun activities for the residents. My mom has been here for 11 months and I could honestly say that Pacifica at Spring Valley has truly been a G-d send to my family My mom lost my dad after 55 yrs of a truly blissful marriage and although this devastated our family because of the tremendous loss we were dealing with, Pacifica truly made things somehow okay for Mom.. They treat the patients like they are their family members.. I see it first hand with my own eyes all the time. I'm there a good 5 times a week and when I'm not, my aunts are. We all see how our families are treated here I can start with the smart, beautiful and caring Deanne who made everything quite easy for us with paperwork and made moving easy and still is always there making sure things run smoothly. Priscilla always around helping too. Next I must recognize the extremely kind and caring staff that are taking care of these very dependent people. The med techs are ALL SOOOOO smart and dependable and most of all very caring humans. No joke. They are on top of everything, Christine makes sure of it. The fine people that take care of my mom and the rest of the residents are so so hard working , kind, gentle and patient. There are too many to name and I do not want to leave anybody out. All the front people are sooo nice and welcoming too and the darling, sincere gem named Venessa is the heart and soul of this amazingly ran home for the cognitively impaired. Dementia is so hard, it's a true curse but Pacifica Spring Valley makes life dealable. Love this place!!!!!

The facility was beautiful and everyone seemed so happy and cared for. The Activities Director was thorough in making sure everyone was enjoying themselves in the activities and having fun! I was there for snack time and all the available snack choices were tasty and nutritious as well.

The most difficult decision our family had to make was the placement of our mother into a memory care facility. At Pacifica, the Community Relations Director was so gracious, positive, and absolutely outstanding. She is caring, understanding, and was so supportive to our family concerns and went beyond our expectations to assist us in every way easing our anxiety. The med staff have been attentive to our mother's specific care and keeps us informed and alerted. The activity director is wonderful, striving to keep the residents active and involved with fun activities. Our mother is now more alert and engaged. The facility is clean and bright with many open areas for residents to move around. The staff is always attentive and responsive to address any concerns. Interaction between staff and residents is warm and caring. Our family is now more relaxed and reassured knowing that our mother is comfortable and getting the care she needs.

Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley Memory Care took care of my mother with grace, patience and compassion when caring for a resident with Alzheimer's. Deanne made the transition from Hawaii to Las Vegas as easy as possible for my family. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and most important they do their job effortlessly. It takes a village to care for someone with Alzheimer's and it was one village I was most blessed and thankful for! A little note from my family.... It’s called the long goodbye. Rapidly shrinking brain is how a doctor described it. I wouldn't wish Dementia or Alzheimer's on anyone. As the patient's brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are. Patients can eventually become bedridden, unable to move & unable to eat or drink. There will be people who will scroll by this message because Dementia or Alzheimer's has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has fought a battle against Dementia or Alzheimer's. In an effort to raise awareness of this cruel disease, I leave this little note for everyone Thank you xx ’—’’’™’–’”

Pacifica Spring Valley Rocks! The care and compassion the staff have for their residents is so palpable. Whether they are reading a resident a book, or combing ones hair, engaging in a sing along or just sitting next to them caressing their hand for comfort. You can feel the love the staff have for each individual in their care. Not only is the staff amazing, the community itself is so lovely. It takes you by surprise when you walk into the front door and see a bright and airy town-like setting, right in the midst of this safe and secure environment. Residents are freely walking along the store fronts which are brightly lit by six large skylights. They can make their way to one of our beautiful outside patios to enjoy some fresh air and sun on their faces or join in for one of our many wonderful activities. You will not regret moving your loved one into Pacifica Spring Valley!

My sister, Aida, recently became a resident of Pacifica Senior Living , Spring Valley. Her children were fortunate to find this facility and with the gracious help of Deanne, the transition was less emotionally wrenching. The facility is clean, bright and well designed to meet the needs of the residents. The staff members are very helpful and they seem to understand the unique needs of the residents and the families of people with memory issues. I would like to thank the staff who answer the phones, especially Dani, for her kindness in helping me connect by phone with my sister. In these times of quarantine, the telephone connection is invaluable.

The journey to find our mom a community to meet her needs stemming from Dementia was a journey I never thought we would be on. I walked into Pacifica at Spring Valley and was kindly greeted by Deanne Forsyth. She gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision . The community is safe , full of activities and staff that truly cares. We have no regrets and my mom is happy, safe and well cared for .

We toured the facility and were very impressed. The facility was clean and had a very comfortable feel. The staff that we met were nice and very professional. This is a great place! All the staff work well together, The residents love their home and each other, You will always see a smiling face every corner you turn. Everyone assists you with anything you need! And they have really good kitchen staff.
