This place is TRULY A TREASURE! Simply elegant. My friend moved here, and so far, our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff are attentive, caring, and friendly. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The residents are pleasant and happy. Overall, the environment, onsite amenities, entertainment, and food & housekeeping services are absolutely top-notch! The amazing people running this place make it seem like a mixture of the happiest place on earth and a little piece of heaven. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself! I'll bet you'll be hard pressed to find a better experience elsewhere. We love this place so much! My friend, my fiance, and even my 20 something year old daughter agree that Acacia Springs is simply euphoric!

I feel safe! I feel protected here at Acacia Springs! We all have indoor entry to every apartment, so you never have to go outside when it is dark or the weather is bad! All the doors to the outside are locked at night! So I really do have a feeling of safety and comfort! They keep the community very clean! We housekeepers that help keep the community clean and they help keep our apartments clean once a week too! The entire staff are very friendly, and helpful! They know everyone by name, and greet us with a smile and wishes us all to have a great day every time I see them! There are many activities to choose like swimming, painting, arts & crafts, bingo, card games, line dancing, and more! One of my favorite things to do here is join the Happy Hour Celebration and beautiful piano music during the week! We have self service beer and wine that one can get whenever one pleases! They even have Margarita Monday which is enjoyed by all! My neighbors and the staff are all so friendly and feel like family! I wasn't happy about being uprooted from my old place and it took me awhile to settle in, but now Acacia Springs is home to me!

This community is so welcoming right from the moment you enter. I am a Hospice representative, and visit every Assisted Living throughout the valley, and Acacia Springs would be the community I'd choose for my parents. There are always activities going on for the residents to pick and choose from, and they have a beautiful Veteran wall honoring the men and women who served our country. The residents seem so happy, and the staff are friendly, and attentive to the residents needs. Five star community!!!

I really like the food here! This is the first senior living that I have lived at, that encourages a well balanced diet that I can enjoy. When I was living on my own, I struggled eating fruit and vegetables as well as eating all 3 meals a day. You can never go wrong with their chicken wings! The management is doing a really good job. The management here actually cares about us.

My father recently became a resident at Acacia Springs and we couldn't be happier with the experience so far. The staff has been very welcoming and have done a great job helping my father get settled in. Along with that the other residents have been extremely friendly which has helped with the transition. We both are very happy with the decision and I'd recommend Acacia Springs to anyone considering independent or assisted living facilities for a loved one.

After her husband passed, my aunt Nora was very sad and lonely and was also finding it difficult to take care of her home. She was overwhelmed with emotions and the physical task of packing, selling and moving. We visited several independent and assisted living facilities and apartments. Most of the ones we found were unappealing to her for varying reasons. My aunt was so sad and anxious about living in an "institutional" setting. We were losing hope, until one day right before Thanksgiving 2021 when we visited Acacia Springs. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, I knew we had found my aunt's new home. It was beautiful, very clean and seemed a bit like a grand hotel. As we toured the facility, our excitement grew. Along the tour, we met many friendly people, both residents and staff. At one point, we both looked at each other and said, "Is this for real?" and "It feels like an all-inclusive resort!" She moved in the first week of the new year. I was concerned that my aunt would spend too much time alone in her apartment, but she's been so busy attending social events such as classes, parties and outings. And though she has a kitchen in her apartment, she says she eats all her meals in the dining room because the food it great and she's made so many new friends. She also receives lots of care and attention from the staff. It has been two and a half months since Aunt Nora moved into her new home and she is happier than either of us could have imagined!

I live here and am a minority, my maiden name is Austin but because I am brown like my great grandmother many people are rude or distant. my married name is perez. I am german yakee indian and Spanish, not Mexican my mothers parents came from spain, my mother is 2nd gereration u. s. my fathers family is german and Spanish from spain also. you can't always tell what people are by how they look. acacia springs is a racist place waitresses refused to serve me thought she was let go it still happen. most of these people are polite but distant. like I've told the office I had not plan on staying here but my brother died just as I came and now I don't know what I'm going to do. my son stole my money and home and 2 cars all paid for while I was in the hospital legally so I was left with mostly nothing now and now I have another length of time before I can replace your maids theft. still trying to report to the police. its holiday time and the police in vegas don't work on holidays maybe a murder. this place is so unreal. maids that steal and police who are not available unless your dead. in thirty years in the icu only 2 patients died in my care and they were suppose to die at the beginning of the shift by waited til the end. why did I mention this because I worked, did my job honestly and I expected this in return, that shows you how stupid and trusting I am. had I been like the police or maids in vegas I would have racked up lots of bodies. right now I wish I were dead I am tired and sick that no matter how fair and trusting you try to be there are always the people near you that kick you in the gut and stand on you head laughing and letting you know how stupid you are. Christ is no more, here people I believe go to church for show and tell in this place Christ is gone. I live my life to honor a great man my father I believe if I lived my life like this place does he would come down from heaven and give me a lecture that what other people do is their business right or wrong the only person you're responsible is you for you. you need to be able to look someone in the eye and be honest. obviously this is not the practice here and I will be leaving as soon as I can save money again and live in an apartment by myself because living here has taught me no one can be trusted. I know I have aready sent in a complaint but its midnight and I'm trying not to cry because it only gives me a headache and doesn't solve anything but right now my emotion and body are not communicating. I don't have a phone the number I gave you is my mothers if you call and by some miracle she picks up she will let me know. but I still live here for now because you have made it impossible to move.

I moved into Acacia Springs last March (2020). Within a week Penny Munn, Executive Director, advised that we would be locked down for an unknown amount of time due to Covid. During every community meeting we had, Penny did her best to make this transition as smooth as possible and to the best of our liking. We were locked in here for nine months. Penny did everything possible to keep us safe but Covid went through Acacia like wild fire. I too had it during Christmas time. I have lost 8 or 9 dear friends. I am only moving out because I see them everywhere in the building. Penny needs a gold star for doing her best to minimize the effects, threats Covid poses against our community. She was a great leader and never gave up.

Because of sudden medical issues, we needed to make the decision to place our parents in an assisted living facility. We were highly motivated to make sure that they would receive the best care possible in a family-like setting. After much research, we found just what we needed at Acacia Springs. The staff is inviting, caring and like family to our parents. The RN who heads up the assisted living operation has been very responsive to our questions and concerns and has made sure we are informed as things come up. The peace of mind we have felt since getting our parents settled has been priceless!

My parents have been members of the Acacia Springs community for over a year now. We have had both the experience of independent living and assisted living. In each case the facility has provided top shelf service and care for my parents. In assisted-living it is especially important that the caregivers are professional and motivated. Acacia Springs and the staff succeed in this endeavor and have become members of our family. My family is grateful to have this high-quality opportunity available to us in Las Vegas.

A PERFECT PLACEMom & I had toured many Independent Living places. However, during our tour of Acacia Springs, Stacey showed us their activities center where a fun game of corn hole was taking place. Moms eyes lit up. She walked right past Stacey, entered the room, and stood next to a player as if she was going to play next. They even sparked up a short conversation. It was at that moment I knew this was the place for her. Two weeks later my parents moved in (Dad listens to Mom, hehe). All the residents are super friendly and happy. My parents made three friends on their first day. One resident who stopped by to welcome them said shes been there 5 yrs and loves it. That certainly made me feel good. I knew they would be happy in their new home. Something else I love is Acacia Springs sets new residents up with an established resident to help them out. With the multitude of activities each day, this is a great bonus. Mom already has plans with her new friends. There are many Independent Living places in Las Vegas. They all have similar services and activities, but what makes a place great are the people. Acacia Springs has an amazing, awesome, and caring staff. Their sales team, Stacey & Cathy, are top notch. The two of them, as well as the rest of the staff, have gone above and beyond to welcome my parents. Acacia Springs is truly a great place

Extraordinary place! The staff goes above and beyond from the moment you walk-in. The process from setting up a tour, to the moment I got dad moved-in was seamless. I get a call almost every day from dad talking about the friends hes made there and how he loves playing bean bag toss with them. It truly makes me so happy that my dad is receiving top-notch care and that hes found his forever home!

Although I did not end up placing my mother at Acacia Springs, it was a beautiful and loving atmosphere - it was just too far for the family members to visit. As the daughter of a veteran I truly appreciated that fact that they #1, told me about Patriot Angels and #2, hung medallions on the veterans doors reflecting what branch of the military they served.

My mom has been there since February and it has been a good experience. They have lots of activities and outings and the staff is very responsive. Even have option for other things to eat if you dont like whats on menu.Is this a luxury resort? No but it is clean and comfortable and we all feel confident that my mom is in good hands. She is in the Independant side for now but they still are available to support if any concern. On two occasions she wasnt answering door or phone and staff was there right away to check on her.... turned out she was napping and missed her appointments. Whatever these people are posting about dementia patients and everything else you have to pay for medical care if youre on the Assisted Living side and if you dont pay for someone to come check on your loved ones then theyre not required to if they live on the non assisted side like the one lady said for 3 days nobody checked on her why doesnt a family member call and check because unless theyre on the medically-assisted side they dont check on them and if you want them to then it would not be as reasonably priced as it is so you people who complain you dont care about your loved ones that are there.period....You placed them there so they are no longer a bother to you- SHAME ON YOU !!!My mother has been there three years yes theres some dog issues and a few little things that management when you bring it to their attention they address it so I am proof that this place deserves at least a three or four star the food quality has gone down a little witch that I would like to see change and they dont want to seem to address that however other than that and the dogs running around a little bit too much the care is there
