My mom and step-dad have been living at Heritage Springs for 5 weeks now. My mom had a stroke 5 years ago and cannot speak so things are much more challenging. I can't begin to explain the sense of relief that our family has knowing that they are being well cared for in a safe welcoming environment. It's not the building that makes the place special it is the amazing staff. They are sweet, genuine and go above and beyond for the residents. The pharmacy staff, dining employees and those that walk my parent's dog have become part of our family for the way that they interact with us and treat my parents. Last weekend my mom was very ill and collapsed in her apartment. She pressed her emergency pendant for help. Jericho who is part of the staff called 911 and immediately notified me of what was going on. He walked me through what to do about prescriptions and advised me of where she was being transported. This was all in the middle of the night and he was patient and kind. I highly recommend Heritage Springs. It is an important choice and I hope this helps someone that is trying to decide on a home for their loved ones.

We were devastated when she left and began looking at other options. Guess who we found working here - Tegan!! That’s all we needed to know to make up our mind. Having to make a huge decision like placing your dad in assisted living is beyond scary and emotional. I toured a lot of places, cried alot, and was filled with anxiety. By the time I met Tegan at Heritage Springs I was ready to give up. She could tell. At one point on the tour she stopped, turned to me and said "how are you really?" And I cried. She hugged me and told me she would hold my hand every step of this journey. She told me that even if I didn't choose her community she would be there for me and be a resource. It is because of this compassion that I chose this location for my dad's forever home! Great job hiring this gem!!

Our family recently moved my uncle into Heritage Springs after living at another community, and the difference has been incredible. In just a short time, he has truly begun to thrive. He’s happy, engaged, and has already built meaningful connections with both the staff and other residents. Seeing him in such a positive environment has brought our entire family a great sense of relief and excitement. We especially want to recognize Breigh, who was outstanding throughout this transition. She was supportive, patient, and guided our family every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Unfortunately, this experience stands in stark contrast to his previous residence at Escalante now Valencia at the Lakes after it was sold. Our time there was short and extremely disappointing making us questioning the decision to move him into a community. Escalante engaged in questionable practices and experienced constant turn over in staff. You truly can’t put a price on good care for your family. On top of the constant turn over in staff the frequent ownership change made the environment feel unstable and poorly managed. Based on our experience, we would HIGHLY recommend Heritage Springs for it truly feels like home. We are incredibly grateful to have found a place where my uncle is safe, supported, and truly enjoying life again. Thank you for taking such excellent care of him!

I’m going to leave most of my original 5 star review below because I think it needs to be seen, especially by new leadership. And it also needs to be known how quickly a business can change its operational strategy, mission and vision. With just a few changes in personnel, the care-first mentality seems to have drifted into flow through to the bottom line first mentality. The front-facing team are amazing. They care, show up and are engaged and empatheticthey are 5 stars. New leadership however, they have not earned any stars yetwhich brought the average down. I am disheartened to have to change this review because I honestly thought we had found the miracle, the final happy home where my dad would spend his final years. That is not the case not to say that this won’t still be a great fit for other families. It just may not be the best fit for us anymore. The facility is lovely and the front facing team work hard and care. Now I just hope that leadership and ownership pivots very quickly, to return to the care-driven (not profit-driven) mindset they once had. (Still true, they did do this for me at the onset) - I don’t even know how to fully express what Heritage Springs has done for my dad and for me. This past week has been the most emotionally and physically overwhelming period of my life. My father could no longer return home, and I suddenly had to find assisted living, handle his belongings, navigate medical decisions, hospice care, insurance, logistics, emotions...everything, all at once. I was terrified, exhausted and broken. And then I found Heritage Springs. (Section removed as it highly complimented a team member who left the property) (Still true) - Megan, the nurse who coordinated his admission, worked with a level of urgency, compassion and expertise I’ve not experienced with any of dad's prior medical providers. She made what should have been impossible happen quickly and flawlessly during an emergent situation. She is calm, focused and brilliant. (Still true) - Celeste, head of F&B, has gone above and beyond to ensure my dad’s meals are exactly how he prefers them, and the food is fantastic. I’ve eaten there multiple times and was genuinely impressed...delicious options every day! (Still true for the front line) - The front desk team, engineering (went above and beyond to get dad some conveniences installed that he needed to soothe his anxiety), nursing staff, and caregivers are wonderful and responsive. They don’t just come to a job...they come in every day to serve, connect and to make human beings feel valued and dignified. They treat my dad as if he's their own family, and they treated me with compassion I didn’t know strangers were still capable of. Even how I found this place felt like divine intervention. Late one night, exhausted and overwhelmed, I went to In-N-Out and with a long drive through line, I went inside, which I never do. While waiting, I met a woman who happily shared her story about some similar challenges she had with her mom. She told me she toured dozens of facilities as a healthcare professional and chose Heritage Springs for her mom. Her words came at the exact moment I needed them most. I am not religious, but I will forever believe I was meant to be in that place at that moment. Because of Heritage Springs, I finally feel something I haven’t felt in a long time: peace, comfort, safety and relief. (Removed a section about the prior team member, no longer there). There are no words to describe the efforts Noreen has gone through to assist my brother. I'm happily managing his health from 2000 miles away. His case is slightly complicated & fortunately he is more OK than not (YAY). To say it' been challenging to find a safe and lovely space for him as he heals, is a HUGE understatement! His recent surgery & current living conditions prevented him from returning home, without assistance for a couple more months. When every other facility in Las Vegas wouldn't consider helping, Noreen said she completely understood his situation and would try to help. What started as a glimmer of hope, has turned into a tidal wave of kindness and compassion! I am totally blown away by her CAN Do Spirit and her heroic efforts! She is truly an angel walking the planet dressed up to look like a person! Her genuine caring soul shines through the phone each time we speak. She's gone the extra mile a thousand times over already, and my brother's only been there 3 days! She along with the incredible Megan are outstanding! They have gone way above and beyond to help us! If you have the opportunity to meet these fabulous ladies .. make sure to wear really good sunglasses, as you may be blinded by the light illuminating from their halos ...

My aunt is a resident there. She likes the food because they can select from the menu and the cooking is very tasty. Management is supportive and transparent. Management wears many hats when a situation calls for it. Also the residents are friendly and help you feel at home. Plus the facility and my room are clean.

While the price is higher, the benefits of safety, cleanliness, and proximity to scheduled activities outweigh the cost. As part of the workforce in our Las Vegas Healthcare, I have the pleasure of visiting many of our Assisted & Memory care communities for our Seniors who are looking for their future homes. Heritage Springs ALF&Memory Care is just one of those that immediately families and resident falls in love with. When moving to a whole new place... it can be often times daunting/ jolting and traumatic for everyone involved because of the simple realization of Change. But somethings can make quite the difference and every bit of it to help ease some of that uncertainty and any fears that may accompany that change. The minute you walk inside those doors ... you are greeted with a warm hello and how may I help you? The atmosphere to me is filled with .. country charm shall I say? It just feels cozy and ... familiar I believe to the families which I find very important! Meeting Noreen as their Lead Marketing Director and Sales, the families and the resident themselves seem to make such a warm connection that quickly turns into trust. She gives wonderful tours of the community to make sure the searching families understand exactly what Heritage Springs has to offer. I have still high praises about Noreen and her kindness that are our patients residing in the community currently. From the ED / Monica who is so attentive and has a huge responsibility of being in charge of this lovely building and its staff, I can see families feel safe and secure because of her. To the wellness nurse & memory care director and their amazing care team, who sees and takes care of all the residents health concerns and wellbeing, is one of the most vital roles for the residents that live there . They make sure the residents get the appropriate care that is needed for them. The activity director , Carol whom I have known through the years, what a breath of fresh air! She is so sweet and so happy! Makes all the residents catch the happy bug! She is engaging and creative! Last but not least shoutout to the maintenance crew and chef! In life ... food is the most important ... bringing you joy! lol the food is so delicious ... no complaints from the residents ! If you come for the tour .. see if you can have a meal too afterwards w Noreen! It will make your tour and decision complete !° Highly recommend this community to be one of your choice stops ! ’“

Hello Everyone...I'd like to take this opportunity to share a very positive outcome regarding a very difficult situation. My dad has recently become a resident at Heritage Springs Assisted Living. After much trial and tribulation touring several communities our family decided that Heritage Springs was "the very best choice" for dad. The community is a family atmosphere well staffed and efficiently run. Noreen Cadawas-Padilla , Community Relations Director, has my thanks and appreciation for making not only my dad comfortable but our family as well. Noreen demonstrated and continues to demonstrate her natural care-giving skills and her professional diplomacy. I am truly grateful for all she has done and the personal interest she has taken in my dad's well being. My "hat is off to you", Noreen. Thank you for everything!

We were referred to Heritage Springs by a family friend . My 97 year old father-n-law had a fall and was hospitalized prior to moving to Heritage Springs . My initial contact was a woman by the name of Gabbi she was amazing responded to emails late in the day and alway got back to us . The nurse who evaluated my father n Law int the hospital name was Tammi she was also amazing , super friendly , very positive and got my father smiling even when he didn't want too. After being approved to move in Gabbi was no longer with the company . Still service was pretty good . My father went through a very positive transformation he went from not walking or wanting to leave his room to walking and leaving for excursions and attending the community events . He wore a call button as a necklace and there was no more than a 5 minute wait for some to answer if he pushed his button . After about 3 months he was on the mend but unfortunately the service at the facility began to decline . The nightly check ups started to be few and far in between . Changing and washing of his sheets Went from once a week to 3 weeks and counting . I had to ask someone to wash his sheets . What use to take 5 minute to respond to his call button began to take 45 minutes plus . Getting someone to return your call was non existent . The admin office that handled all the billing was exceptional . Ericka always answered my calls or emails and would pass on our concerns but no one called back . Tami also left and was replaced by Michelle who I'm not sure existed because she never answered her phone . I would not recommend this place ...do your research make sure they are fully staffed with responsive team members .

I visited my friend a few times in a matter of two weeks. Initial she was in the independent living area and seemed to be alright but was there under temporary conditions (her understanding). When she was ready to leave, she became agitated & confused, apparently this caused her to be sent to lockdown area & very much against her wishes. What concerned me was that none of her things, personal hygiene items were sent with her? No toothbrush, comb, lotion, book. No one ( social worker) gave her a puzzle, a magazine or offered music or tv!? I noticed the staff doing the best they could, the same person serving the dinner & watching over folks not to choke, were also doing one on one feeding and making beds. Hard working and / or short staffed? I’m positive this memory care facility is charging over $7000 per month and paying these workers $15.00 per hour. The place is packed. It doesn’t smell, new building and will put their best foot forward but beware.

Noreen is the absolute best This can be a very uncertain time, when having to transition your loved one into an assisted living community. Noreen gave us more than the peace of mind that we needed to find the perfect new home for my grandmother. I feel absolutely blessed to have met her. I am so excited for my grandmother to move in. Even in interacting with a few residents, it was so evident through their happiness that they feel loved. I do believe we have found the perfect home.

My Mom and I were recently searching for an assisted living facility for my dad. Before visiting Heritage Springs, we were discouraged by the lack of caring and compassion other care facilities offered. That feeling ended the moment we were warmly greeted by the receptionist at Heritage and the informative and engaging tour conducted by the admissions coordinator, Kiel Hale. Upon evaluating my dad’s health issues, Heritage ultimately couldn’t meet his extensive needs, but I am writing this review to address what happened AFTER we resumed our search. Kiel continued to offer support in regards to viable options we could consider for dad’s care. He gave us extensive suggestions and references to rescue us from a very emotional and confusing ordeal. This old school business model of helping patrons obtain successful outcomes is very rare in today’s world, but thankfully it is alive and well at Heritage Springs.

This facility is always immaculately clean it reminds me of a luxury resort or high-end condominium community. I’ve had the pleasure of having breakfast with their residents. Wow the food is delicious and the residents are so happy and engaging. The executie direct Anita is a world class administrator her staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful during my visits. My parents are 75 when they are ready to downsize we will come to Heritage Springs.

The atmosphere is first class, and the staff was exceptional from day one in helping our father to feel comfortable and at ease. The dirrector has created an enviroment where all the residents can interact and become a part of no matter what their condition is. As to the financial piece, we all know that nothing is to good for our loved ones, but sometimes there are limitations where we wish there were not. Heritage is not only affordable, they exceed expectations far and above the cost. Top notch care!!! Wanted to find a facility for both my parents. Unfortunately with my mothers advanced Alzheimer's they needed separate living arrangements since my mother needed 24 hour care. Heritage Springs was able to place my mother in memory care while my father was in assisted living just upstairs. A great benefit since my father spent everyday with her. The staff and management treated my mother with the utmost dignity and respect in her final months. It takes special people to help those suffering with this dreaded disease. Everyone on staff truly cares for their residents and we found great comfort in knowing that my mom was always safe and looked after. If you are in a similar situation I suggest taking a tour and meeting the staff. Your loved ones will be better for it.
