Doing research for the future I scheduled a tour for my 93 yo mother to see the facility. Natalie gave us the most amazing attention, answering all our questions. She was kind and informative and spent so much time with us. We were so impressed with the facility and especially the obvious love and care that this facility exuded.

Barbara is also wonderful and both respond to emails and phone calls fairly fast with my many questions I have. My mom seems to enjoy the staff and residents. Finding a place to put your loved one into when they can no longer take care of themselves is a very hard and stressful process. I had toured over a dozen memory care, assisted living facilities and not one even came close to comparing to Legacy. Legacy House made the entire process so easy and reassuring! I cant even begin to explain how much of a blessing Legacy House has been to me and my family. It is an absolutely breathtaking facility that has the best staff imaginable (especially those in memory care) who really care about their jobs, as well as taking care of our loved ones and giving them the best experiences possible. Just in the short amount of time my father has been there, I can see a complete difference in him and how truly happy he is now. I cant thank Kellie enough, who helped me in every single way possible! She always answered my phone calls or texts right away when I had any questions (and I had A LOT) and really guided me through this entire process! Legacy House is truly the MOST AMAZING memory care, assisted living facility that goes above and beyond.

This beautiful slice of Heaven called Legacy of Southern Hills has brought a tremendous amount of piece of mind to our family. Our precious dad at 92 has lived here for a year now in great comfort. He receives so much love and care from the staff! The facility itself is the best Ive seen and his individual apartment is nothing short of perfection. The staff from maintenance, to med management, caregivers, administrators dining staff and activity directors are fantastic. Most notably, Barbara Gottlieb, Director and Kelli Ricci, Leading Director are two shining stars who make it all so. Barbara leaves nothing undone even if she rolls up her sleeves and jumps in to make it happen. She cares very deeply about each and every resident and each and every employee working for her. Professional, kind, funny and compassionate all rolled into one! Kelli is nothing short of phenomenal. Her warmth, personality and energy brightens up her presentation of this lovely facility and then shortly you realize she knows everyone as if theyre her family or close friends. She stands on her head to make everything work and everyone happy. You leave there with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart knowing your loved one is truly in the best place. I am sincerely and forever grateful to them for helping to make my dads final phase of his life a joyous and loving experience.

My sister and I did on site visits for memory care centers in Las Vegas relating to our stepmom. Although my dad was not ready to move my stepmom into a facility, we wanted to be prepared! As soon as we stepped into Legacy House of Southern Hills, took a tour with Kellie Ricci, we realized this was our facility of choice! It was unbelievable. It reminded us of living on a cruise ship without the water! We would never put a family member in a facility that we wouldnt want to be in ourselves! One year later, my dad had no other choice, but to put our stepmom into a facility and Legacy House of Southern Hills it was! We seriously could not have made this move for either of them without Kellie since both of us live out of state and we needed to navigate our dad through this life changing process. What happens when a 92-year-old with dementia reaches the point in her life where she can no longer care for herself? I was confronted with this situation as my friends only caregiver and had very little time to determine where her future should be. She was admitted to the hospital with extreme confusion where it was determined that she could no longer live on her own. I researched assisted living, memory care facilities and was very fortunate to have contacted a facility that had no available space but suggested that I contact Legacy House of Southern Hills. Because we had only two days notice of her hospital release, I was desperate to get her into a safe and comfortable environment. Legacy House is definitely it! Not only is it a very new and beautiful facility, the people there have been so very helpful. They understood my stress from the time I initially met with them through the time in which we moved my friend into her new apartment. They were there to help me with any questions and, or decisions that needed to be addressed. Most importantly, I want my friend to be in a safe and positive environment -- she has only been a resident for a couple of weeks and she is already mixing with other residents – which is something she never did in her prior residence. The staff has been so very responsive to her needs. They are very kind and patient with her and sincerely want her to have a good quality of life. Legacy House of Southern Hills was definitely the right decision!

My 98 year old mom has resided at Legacy House of Southern Hills for eight months. I rated Legacy House five stars for many reasons including cleanliness, friendly, caring and professional staff, beautiful environment and a varied menu of delicious and nutritious meals. Mom loves the library, the puzzle room, the theatre and the fact that there is a beauty shop on the premises, not to mention the social activities including bingo and entertainment. I think my family and I made the best choice for her care.

I toured eight different assisted living facilities in Las Vegas for my father. Most of them were just okay. By the last day of visiting these places I had become discouraged but I decided to see one more place, Legacy House of Southern Hills, and Im so glad I did because this facility is amazing. The facility is brand new and its absolutely gorgeous inside As well, the staff is always super helpful and friendly especially Kellie who has been an absolute angel and helping my father adjust and get settled in. She, and all the staff, have gone above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible. I dont know where we would be if I hadnt decided to tour just one more place.

My mother has lived in the memory care side of Legacy House for a few months now, and our family could not be any happier about her new home. One step inside reveals the effort made to make a visual impact on guests and residents alike. The public areas are both comfortable and well-appointed, and there is a very noticeable amount of natural light and large windows that Im sure have an impact on both the residents and staffs daily outlook. Moms room is nice and has a lovely view of a large courtyard. The level of care has been excellent. (both management and daily care staff are friendly and efficient), and equally important, the food is tasty and of good quality. I would, and have, recommended Legacy House to anyone looking for a quality assisted living home.

I cant imagine a better place to live when you can no longer live by yourself I am a resident of Legacy House of Southern Hills. I have lived here since it opened 5 months ago. It is an amazing place to live there are so many activities staff is so nice and helpful. I cant imagine a better place to live when you can no longer live by yourself. My apartment is beautiful. It has a large well equipped bath room and a large kitchen area. My living room is really large and I have a more than adequately sized bedroom. I love living here. There are so many activities to choose from. We go out to lunch to a different restaurant every week. I cant say enough good things about this place.

My mom was a temporary resident of Legacy House of Southern Hills (LGSH). After a couple of weeks, there was no doubt we had found the best new home for her! The facility is beautiful and very clean. However, it is the staff that sets LHSH apart from the others. Their genuine kindness to each and every resident goes up and beyond standard care. They have been very communicative with our family, which has been impairative during COVID. They helped our family during a difficult transition. We feel very blessed to have our mom at Legacy House of Southern Hills.

This is the nicest and best managed assisted living facility in Las Vegas. The building is brand new and the staff is incredible. You will not find a better place to live. The Food Is prepared like a 5 Star Restaurant My father is so busy attending activities he is rarely in his apartment.

I looked at many facilities for my mother before choosing this one. In the end, it was an easy decision for us to select Legacy as a standout. We chose it not for the beautiful ambiance, but that surely was a factor!. Yes, the place is just beautiful. But the main reason we chose Legacy was because the people that take care of the residents are extraordinary. The people that work there make the place what it is; each and every one of them, each and every day. I cannot tell you how at ease I am knowing that the atmosphere is warm, friendly, caring, compassionate, and a lot of fun for the residents to live on a daily basis. If you are looking for a place that your loved on will be safe, well taken care of, and have a wonderful full daily life, you cannot find a better place. My mother truly loves it, and so do I. Best decision we could have made. This is not just where my mother lives, but it has become her home. I cannot thank the staff at Legacy enough for all they do.

I had the pleasure of touring Legacy House of SH because of a family friend that works there. I must tell you that not only was I impressed with the exterior appearance of the community, I was impressed with what I experienced upon entering the building. I felt as though I had walked into a resort. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I kept telling myself, if only my mother had the pleasure of having this type of community available to her, that would have been a dream come true. Legacy house has thought of EVERYTHING to help the residence live a comfortable and yet fulfilled life from the experienced health care professional available to numerous events held weekly, beautiful dining commons that feels like a restaurant at a strip resort, game nights and outings if the residents so desire. Definitely a property I could see myself living at should that time come where I can not live on my own. Well done Legacy House.

My aunt Shirley recently moved into her beautiful apartment at Legacy House of Southern Hills. She and the rest of our family couldnt be happier...the facility is gorgeous, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the residents are always encouraged to get involved in the numerous activities that are provided. We looked at several assisted living facilities and nothing could compare to Legacy House. Anyone who has experienced the difficulties of Family members transitioning from Independence to Assisted Living know it can be very stressful. As the Child of two very independent and self sufficient Parents, I couldnt have anticipated the outcome of this life change as anything other than a negative experience and the beginning of a low point in a lifetime. I couldnt have been more wrong and, couldnt have done it with such ease, without the incredible assistance of the entire staff of the Legacy House. From the move in to the daily activities, I cant imagine a more positive, patient and competent group of professionals to enhance the overall experience of their new home. In hindsight, my Parents couldnt be happier, theyve made wonderful Friends, and are more active now then theyve been in years. It turned out to be the best decision weve made as a Family for the Family and Legacy House was the best opportunity for this to become a reality.

My mother moved into Legacy House of Southern Hills in January. She has been living there over three months now. It is a beautiful facility. The apartments are brand new, with nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchens. The staff works extremely hard to accommodate and care for the residents. There are many activities each week, residents are encouraged to participate; craft classes, happy hours, entertainment, bunco games, cooking classes, bus trips, etc. If your parent is in need of assisted living, I would highly recommend taking a tour and checking out Legacy House of Southern Hills.

I took my kiddo to Legacy House for their Trick or Treat Event on October 29th 2019. Let me just tell you, the event was Amazing! My kiddo loved spending time with the senior residents there, I mean who wouldnt love hanging out with a bunch of Grandpas & Grandmas?!?
