I took a tour today with my parents who currently live independently. We are in the process of trying to evaluate what might be the next step for them as they age. Altogether, we spent about an hour with Patrick, one of the sales coordinators. He was friendly, professional and very courteous. He was also very thorough in giving us a tour. Finally, he was very respectful of our time. I can only comment as a prospective customer on behalf of my parents. Given what research I’ve done in the Summerlin area, I would recommend giving Atria a look.

We were able to meet up with a friend of ours who lives there and we could see in her room. She said nothing but nice things!

Our father started living in the memory care side of Legacy House last year and his time there was remarkable to say the least. He thoroughly enjoyed the great service from the staff and excellent care received from them, and eventually the addition of hospice staff during his finals days. Legacy House always had his comfort as a top priority and always strived to keep him happy, well fed, and room spotless. I highly recommend this facility and can only say positive things. The staff is warm and inviting, the facility is clean, the food is good according to our father, and he enjoyed the activities that were available. Any loved one that needs this type of care would be lucky to have the opportunity to live at Legacy House of Southern Hills!! Kudos to all of their staff! Much Thanks and Appreciation for making our father's stay as positive as it could be even with Alzheimer's and Dementia controlling him to his final breath.

Trying to find a great place for my Mom who’s 94. She is coming out of rehab and is very weak from the experience. We toured Legacy to see if this would be a good fit for her to get her strength back and have 24/7 care. Emily was very nice and answered all our questions. The place was very clean and had a good feel about it. Newer than most so that was nice. All the amenities you could want. Still trying to decide on placement for my Mom. Great place for active seniors. Not sure if my Mom could take advantage of all the amenities and activities they have. She needs a lot of care right now.

Tina assessed the situation and knew it required further medical treatment at the hospital. Claudette was treated at the hospital and she is now back at Legacy House. We were concerned about placing my grandpa in an assisted living home. We searched high and low for the "Right Place". So HAPPY we found Legacy! The family wanted to make sure we were all on the same page regarding this place. Ended up having a total of 4 tours (every family member wanted to see it) We NEVER felt like we were pressured or rushed to sign on the dotted line. The staff took their time with us and answered ALL questions and concerns. If I could I would give Legacy House 10 Stars!!! The enviorment at this home is welcoming, warm, and CLEAN. The staff & service at Legacy House is professional and loving! It amazes me how they know EACH resident by name and literaly treat them like family! They take the time to say hi and visit with them in common areas. Family is encouraged to come and go as they please. I LOVE that I can walk in and ask about my grandpa before I go to his appartment and they can give me a report off the top of their head. I have experienced when my grandpa hit his pendent on accident and they came RIGHT AWAY to see what he needed. Having my grandpa here has given our family peace of mind. He soaks up all the attention he gets from the staff! I could go on and on about Legacy House. We have become friends with other family members who visit their loved ones. The staff, led by director Breigh, is patient, attentive, and really knows each resident, making it a very personal experience. The care team checks on our dad frequently, escorts him to meals, and ensures he’s comfortable. Legacy feels like a cruise ship on land with its many activities and inclusive environment. The facility is always clean, smells fresh, and is well-maintained. We are grateful to have our dad in such a caring place as he approaches his 100th birthday. The chef even customizes meals for him. We truly appreciate how the team works with us every step of the way!!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the layout of the various rooms. Your marketing specialist, Ashish was very knowledgeable about their facility, and answered all of the questions we asked. If he was not able to answer the question, he was able to look on his phone to get it. He was not a pushy salesman, but listened carefully to what we wanted and then told us how he felt the community would be able to meet our needs. We arrived at a time where a meal was being served, so that we were able to sample the food being cooked. Not only was the food very good, but the serving staff was very helpful getting us what we wanted, and how we wanted it. There was no condescension from any of the staff. We would not hesitate to recommend your facility to anyone we think would benefit from living there.

This retirement/paradise home is the best place to be. They have so many activities for their residents to keep them always busy. The activities director Steven is an amazing young person. He's always putting together new shows for happy hour. He has the best activities team in Las Vegas. They provide fun and games for both Assististed living and Memory Care Facility. To name a few perks, They got a fitness room. A beauty salon. They have an incredible theater room with reclining seating. They have a huge patio/garden so you can walk your pets or simply to get some sun. They have a bistro to have coffee and cookies while making new friends. The dining room looks like a fancy restaurant. The servers are young and hardworking. All the kitchen staff are super incredible. They are all super friendly. All the staff- Administration..Marketing..Med techs.. All the nurses.. front desk..Care givers..Housekeepers..and maintenance are nice and very professional. Dont forget the bus driver. He is a super amazing person. A very careful driver. He treats everyone like his own family. A team player!! They just got a new Cadillac to take us to the doctors appointment in luxury. GET A TOUR . I gave it a 4 star because its really cleab in there but the receptionist with a very heavy Spanish accent was very rude. My grandmother moved in there and she's very very new she's a month there and we're also very brand new to assistant living ,so we had our questions and the Spanish lady in the front desk was very very very rude she talked over me when I asked her questions . I explained that we've never went through this before, but she kept talking over me then I got fed up I asked for management she then continues to talk over me and I told her and explain to her we don't know what's going on she put me on hold without telling me she was putting me on hold I was having a conversation and she didn't want to hear anything I was saying and put me on hold without me knowing so I'm talking to myself then she gets back on the phone I told her don't get back on this phone until a supervisor gets on this phone that she hung up on me. The reason for the call was my grandmother was rushed to the emergency room because she had troubles breathing she has asthma we were out of town and we wanted to know if they were able to pick her up because we don't know nothing about this as I stated in the beginning. she needs to be fired because people like that do not need to be around elder people especially if you don't have patience I could imagine how she's talking to these elder people she just doesn't have patience and she's definitely not customer service not happy at all.

My sister and I did on site visits for memory care centers in Las Vegas relating to our stepmom. Although my dad was not ready to move my stepmom into a facility, we wanted to be prepared! As soon as we stepped into Legacy House of Southern Hills, took a tour with Kellie Ricci, we realized this was our facility of choice! It was unbelievable. It reminded us of living on a cruise ship without the water! We would never put a family member in a facility that we wouldn’t want to be in ourselves! One year later, my dad had no other choice, but to put our stepmom into a facility and Legacy House of Southern Hills it was! We seriously could not have made this move for either of them without Kellie since both of us live out of state and we needed to navigate our dad through this life changing process. This beautiful slice of Heaven called Legacy of Southern Hills has brought a tremendous amount of piece of mind to our family. Our precious dad at 92 has lived here for a year now in great comfort. He receives so much love and care from the staff! The facility itself is the best I’ve seen and his individual apartment is nothing short of perfection. The staff from maintenance, to med management, caregivers, administrators dining staff and activity directors are fantastic. Most notably, Barbara Gottlieb, Director and Kelli Ricci, Leading Director are two shining stars who make it all so. Barbara leaves nothing undone even if she rolls up her sleeves and jumps in to make it happen. She cares very deeply about each and every resident and each and every employee working for her. Professional, kind, funny and compassionate all rolled into one! Kelli is nothing short of phenomenal. Her warmth, personality and energy brightens up her presentation of this lovely facility and then shortly you realize she knows everyone as if they’re her family or close friends. She stands on her head to make everything work and everyone happy. You leave there with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart knowing your loved one is truly in the best place. I am sincerely and forever grateful to them for helping to make my dad’s final phase of his life a joyous and loving experience.

I had the pleasure of touring Legacy House of SH because of a family friend that works there. I must tell you that not only was I impressed with the exterior appearance of the community, I was impressed with what I experienced upon entering the building. I felt as though I had walked into a resort. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. I kept telling myself, if only my mother had the pleasure of having this type of community available to her, that would have been a dream come true. Legacy house has thought of EVERYTHING to help the residence live a comfortable and yet fulfilled life from the experienced health care professional available to numerous events held weekly, beautiful dining commons that feels like a restaurant at a strip resort, game nights and outings if the residents so desire. Definitely a property I could see myself living at should that time come where I can not live on my own. Well done Legacy House.

I looked at many facilities for my mother before choosing this one. In the end, it was an easy decision for us to select Legacy as a standout. We chose it not for the beautiful ambiance, but that surely was a factor!. Yes, the place is just beautiful. But the main reason we chose Legacy was because the people that take care of the residents are extraordinary. The people that work there make the place what it is; each and every one of them, each and every day. I cannot tell you how at ease I am knowing that the atmosphere is warm, friendly, caring, compassionate, and a lot of fun for the residents to live on a daily basis. If you are looking for a place that your loved on will be safe, well taken care of, and have a wonderful full daily life, you cannot find a better place. My mother truly loves it, and so do I. Best decision we could have made. This is not just where my mother lives, but it has become her 'home'. I cannot thank the staff at Legacy enough for all they do.

Today was such a beautiful day! I had plans of meeting with my sister in law to go for a tour for my brother's future residence. We have all been through so much in the last 10 months, the last thing we could have imagined was this. I truly believe that we were blessed, because from the moment we drove up to this BEAUTIFUL facility, I felt a sense of calm and peace. It was lovely! When you walked through the front door, it felt like you were being embraced. We had an appointment with Kelly, and when she walked out to greet us, there was light around her and we definitely felt so welcomed and relieved. We all proceeded to a livingroom area, and sat and talked. She was so very sweet, kind, caring, professional, and courteous. She was actually excited at the possibility of having my brother be a part of their gorgeous home! We were then taken on a beautiful tour of the rooms, and the grounds, and it was all immaculate and exquisite. Like a lovely package, beautifully wrapped, with some glitter on top!...we thoroughly enjoyed every little amenity that was offered. Kelly is a true reflection of this awesome facility, and we felt like family with every moment we spent with her. I would definitely recommend this Amazing Property if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and happy place to reside, with a friendly staff....We are looking forward to the future for my brother, as he has been given such an Amazing gift, and we can't wait to see him smile again...just his enthusiasm when we told him all about it was so rewarding. I can't imagine a better place to live when you can no longer live by yourself I am a resident of Legacy House of Southern Hills. I have lived here since it opened 5 months ago. It is an amazing place to live there are so many activities staff is so nice and helpful. I can't imagine a better place to live when you can no longer live by yourself. My apartment is beautiful. It has a large well equipped bath room and a large kitchen area. My living room is really large and I have a more than adequately sized bedroom. I love living here. There are so many activities to choose from. We go out to lunch to a different restaurant every week. I can't say enough good things about this place.

What happens when a 92-year-old with dementia reaches the point in her life where she can no longer care for herself? I was confronted with this situation as my friend’s only caregiver and had very little time to determine where her future should be. She was admitted to the hospital with extreme confusion where it was determined that she could no longer live on her own. I researched assisted living/memory care facilities and was very fortunate to have contacted a facility that had no available space but suggested that I contact Legacy House of Southern Hills. Because we had only two days’ notice of her hospital release, I was desperate to get her into a safe and comfortable environment. Legacy House is definitely it! Not only is it a very new and beautiful facility, the people there have been so very helpful. They understood my stress from the time I initially met with them through the time in which we moved my friend into her new apartment. They were there to help me with any questions and/or decisions that needed to be addressed. Most importantly, I want my friend to be in a safe and positive environment -- she has only been a resident for a couple of weeks and she is already mixing with other residents “ which is something she never did in her prior residence. The staff has been so very responsive to her needs. They are very kind and patient with her and sincerely want her to have a good quality of life. Legacy House of Southern Hills was definitely the right decision!

My father has lived in the memory care side of the Legacy House for 2 months. What a beautiful facility. It looks and feels like living in a hotel. He receives excellent care and assistance from all the staff. He is much more active now then he was at home; crafts, painting, music and socials...and he now eats 3 meals a day!! Legacy House provides transportation to his doctors appointments which is a tremendouse help to me. I no longer have to worry about him being left alone. Thank You!!

My mother moved into Legacy House of Southern Hills in January. She has been living there over three months now. It is a beautiful facility. The apartments are brand new, with nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchens. The staff works extremely hard to accommodate and care for the residents. There are many activities each week, residents are encouraged to participate; craft classes, happy hours, entertainment, bunco games, cooking classes, bus trips, etc. If your parent is in need of assisted living, I would highly recommend taking a tour and checking out Legacy House of Southern Hills.

The biggest worries I had about placing my Mom in Legacy House of Southern Hills was how my mom would like living there. She is a very independent woman, a widow who likes her space, independence, and ability to do what she wants. We had arrived to a mutual decision that she needed more help that my family could give to her and we were very concerned that by moving her into an assisted living home, she would not be happy and wouldn't care about living anymore and give up. Legacy House of Southern Hills has been an excellent match and given my family the peace and tranquility that she is well looked after and provided for. It is a brand new, beautiful, well staffed, and superbly managed facility. My mother is not seen as a revenue source, rather, as a human being that is treated with a lot of respect and with excellent care. I know that corporate cares about the numbers and financials, however, the staff is not concerned with that. They treat my mom and all the other residents with respect and the love and kindness they need and deserve. My mother has been there since early January and she loves it! I can also say the management and all the caregivers, everyone that works there, are wonderful and diligent professionals in their assignments and most importantly for me, kind and caring human beings. My mother has lived in the memory care side of Legacy House for a few months now, and our family could not be any happier about her new home. One step inside reveals the effort made to make a visual impact on guests and residents alike. The public areas are both comfortable and well-appointed, and there is a very noticeable amount of natural light and large windows that I'm sure have an impact on both the residents and staff's daily outlook. Mom's room is nice and has a lovely view of a large courtyard. The level of care has been excellent. (both management and daily care staff are friendly and efficient), and equally important, the food is tasty and of good quality. I would, and have, recommended Legacy House to anyone looking for a quality assisted living home.
