First, I wish to express my gratitude to the Essential Care staff, who are very personable and accommodating, for sending Sharon to be my caregiver/ helper. Sharon has an upbeat personality that makes me feel more motivated and cheerful. She is reliable, personable and comfortable to be around. Even my dog loves her and looks forward to her visits. She loves what she's doing and her easygoing friendly personality is a joy to be around. What ever she does for me, assists me in the shower, vacuums, makes lunch she puts love in it. She is kind and genuinely caring. The only thing I would caution you of (ha,ha,ha) is Sharon, "loves" to organize. Which I was glad to find out because I don't. Now I can find and reach things much easier. Sharon you are GEM. Thank you dearly, Jeannette L.

I have been with Essential Care for about 6 years. They are a wonderful company to work for. The staff is very friendly and they are very family oriented. They are understanding when you have any emergency’s. They are always available to answer any questions that you may have. They work with your schedule. They do the best they can in placing caregivers with clients that complement each other.They check on you regularly to see if you are happy in were you are placed. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family that is either looking for a PCA job or a caregiver.

I started working with Essential 2019. Though its just a short period of my assignment, this company is really good. They were giving excellent services to all their caregivers and make sure that every client received the best services as well. Staffs from this company were all nice and kind. No discrimation and they are strictly abiding Labor law. And im so grateful working with essential cause they were very accomodating . We contracted with Essential Care after our 90 year old mother suffered some serious health setbacks. She wanted to stay in her own home but needed some assistance. Essential Care sent Renee to us and we couldn't be happier. She and our mom hit it off right away. She takes care of all the household chores and meals. She also drives Mom to all her appointments. Renee has assisted Mom with making and keeping appointments too. The administrators at Essential Care are easy to schedule with and they follow up quickly if we or they have questions or concerns. We are very pleased with Essential Care and Renee!

Angie, the GM, has been a life safer for us! She was able to set us up with one on one night care for our elderly Mom with just a few hours' notice on a couple of occasions. Angie always delivered and jumped through hoops to make sure our needs were met.
