5 stars! My mom loves it and so do I. The residents are happy, it's clean and friendly. Everyone is extremely well taken care of. Outstanding team that truly connects with the residents. Of course anything can be picked apart, but there is no way I'd give Red Rock Pointe 4 stars because 80% doesn't do it justice. There is nothing to complain about here, it's fantastic and I greatly appreciate everything they do. I JUST NOTICED THAT EVERY BAD REVIEW IS OVER 4 YEARS OLD. Glenn & Elizabeth are fantastic leaders and warm, caring people. I like them A LOT and I haven't come across a single bad attitude from any staff member ever. I think that's important to know.

We have been residents of this RLC for nearly 3 years and we love living here. The managers, activities director, concierge personnel and all of the other staff members are excellent. We feel very fortunate to be living here. This is a very well run community. We are very comfortable with this wonderful lifestyle.

Fantastic place with wonderful people. Mom made many friends here and enjoyed the plentiful activities, including field trips, banquets, and exercise classes. In getting to know other grown children of residents, I can advise the consensus is that Red Rock Pointe exceeds expectations again and again. Everyone looked out for both Mom and her dog, which gave great peace of mind. Managers Elizabeth and Glenn set the tone for a warm, welcoming environment. John the Activities Director is always creating amazing fun and laughter with the sweetest sincerity. Bonnie was housekeeper for Mom's apartment but also entertained Mom's dog at times and kept a close eye on Mom without being intrusive. So many blessings. When Mom relocated, Glenn made a point of advising they would welcome her back any time. Total class!

My grandmother greatly enjoyed her time at Red Rock Pointe. Coming from another state where she lived her entire life after the passing of my grandpa, and knowing no one, she made fast friends and felt comfortable in her new apartment. The facility is super clean and the staff have all been so wonderful to my grandma. I've always felt like she was safe here which eased my worries. It's great because it still gives seniors a sense of independence, but has built-in activities and assistance when needed. I'd highly recommend Red Rock Pointe for anyone looking to move their loved one into a retirement home in Las Vegas.

Red Rock Pointe is a great retirement community. The food is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to assist the residents. Plus, the apartments are very affordable, with cleaning included in the price.

We have lived here here for 3 years now. Love the apartment layout. Employees that have stayed through out the years are very professional. Extremely disappointed in our quality of food! Brunch used to be nice but since Thanksgiving it has not been worth staying for it. Lunch is just horrible no one is cooking its sandwiches and egg salad. Not worth the new prices that just went into effect. We had hoped for better quality with prices rising, no such luck so far. Fruit is scarce and comes in non edible. We have asked for cameras to be put in for protection but have had no response from RLC headquarters. Hoping for better things coming out of our kitchen.

Red Rock Pointe is a beautiful community. My mom moved in this year and she couldn't be happier. Her apartment is huge with a full kitchen! There is new management, they are awesome. The staff is very polite and professional. The meals are great. She gets weekly housekeeping and lots of new friends to discover. Our family couldn't be happier with her living there and we love to hang out with her during Sunday brunch! Best independent living community in Las Vegas!

Management cares about residents? Really? Elevators in establishment are down for a month with no maintenance calls to repair so the seniors can get on with their daily routines . One elevator working per floor, is that an OSHA violation? Management not consistent with food quality. Residents not getting feedback from management regarding ongoing issues. Treat your resident seniors with respect, they are paying this resort a lot of income to remain open & viable!

When we first contacted Red Rock Pointe and were given information on the property, the meals, and the activities, it seemed that it was a no-brainer to accept the opportunity to transfer to this property. After several months of trying to accept the difference between what we were "promised" and what is actually occurring at Red Rock, we are disappointed. The food is always Buffett style, not a major problem unless you have issues with walking or movement. The quality of the food is Denny's, or similar, and the willingness of the staff to do any special orders is almost nonexistent. We have asked management and the main office in Kansas to get involved, but they do not appear interested. Phone calls and emails have been sent without any reply. It is with great frustration that this review is written; after many attempts to solve these issues, it has not been addressed satisfactorily. Even the social activities are lacking and almost nonexistent. A lot of residents have expressed these issues to local and Kansas management over the past several months, but their answer has been "COVID". Yes, that has been an issue, but the food quality and the lack of response is not a Covid issue.

Ive had the opportunity and pleasure to visit and work within the community over the past two weeks. Oh my GOODNESS, this is definitely the place for luxurious independent living!!! There WAS such a negative stigma associated with senior living, but nooooot here, it has changed MY perspective and has me planning for my GrannyG to travel across the states to reside here. They truly provide exceptional service, which is a direct reflection of the NEW management team. The COVID-19 guidelines, precautions and cleanliness is impeccable!! Temperature checks, masks up and on, rigorous cleaning and disinfecting throughout the ENTIRE day is imperative during these times, especially for our most at-risk citizens and Red Rock Pointes management team is on it! The most important thing, for me, is the compassion and positive energy of the management team, which trickles down the chain...They are a big loving family, all of them. They work so well together, theyre all so kind... They are AMAZING with the guests, they treat them with respect, they are kind, they take their time with them and they reallllllyy provide the ROYAL TREATMENT... they go above and beyond to ensure their happiness and peace.I dont know who was there before, but the team now, IS A-1! A special thank you to Mauritzio, Kenny, Sandra, Brenda, Janelle and the ENTIRE team for making me feel so welcomed and taking care of me during my stay. I look forward to bringing my precious loved ones to you all! Thank you!!!!

Warm and inviting atmosphere. Clean. Friendly and cheerful staff. I had the opportunity of strolling down “Main Street” where there was a movie theatre, hair salon, gift shop, and more. The dining area looked amazing and so did the food. I would highly recommend checking out this luxurious community!

We have lived here at Red Rock Pointe for over 20 months and are very happy with the facility, the staff, and the value. I have also referred five friends to Red Rock Pointe and they are also happy to be living here. In reading the other reviews I noted that a few folks have an ax to grind and took license with the truth. Scorpions? Never heard of that here. Evictions? havent heard of that either. No large deposit is required like most of the upscale competitors. And there is no lease required. I have visited three sister communities (of RLC) in Ohio, Arizona, and Maine and we were not charge anything for a total of 11 nights. While there I talked with many of the residents and I have to say they all said they were happy to be living there.

My mother and I were invited here for brunch to visit the facility and see if it would be a good fit. They two bedroom two bath and is very expensive and over 4,000 and they take no housing vouchers here. Should that change her mother and I will definitely move there. Its beautiful and extremely clean.

The best independent living in town with reasonable prices! A shout out to the team (Sam, Carrie, Gary and Meredith) for truly taking care of the residents. They know each residents name by heart and even knows their daily routine!

Lived here since October 2018 and like it a lot. Make as many friends as you want; eat as much as you like (food is good!); be as active with daily games and activities as you feel like. Some people think its like a cruise ship on land!

Bright, cheerful and pleasant environment. I chose to live here after trying a much less appealing community. Love the spacious rooms, complete kitchen, and my furniture looks lovely here. Reminds me of living in a small condominium. I have made friends and can envision spending a long time here.

Red Rock Pointe will be the ideal location for folks who desire a luxury lifestyle at an affordable price (rates are more than 50% below other competing sites and there is ZERO buy-in. Under the RLC Charter Member program I got to visit the Stone Oak Retirement Community in Hilliard, OH. I got to stay there 4 nights with all meals included and it didnt cost me a penny. Occupancy was over 97% and everyone I talked to loved it there. I got to participate in an exercise class with 15 other seniors, and a fun game of chair volleyball with 8 others. The staff members at Stone Oak were exceptional. It would have cost me more than $800.00 for similar accommodations in the Columbus, Oh area. Bob Hiltz
