If you have family there, you need to be vigilant and check in on loved ones often. Some staff are really good & others a bit lazy.

Went to visit a longtime client of mine. Staff was friendly, one of them even helped me get in, had an hard time with door. Was easy to check in, she seems like she’s doing much better.

We visit my dad daily at this center. The service was supposed to be good, but they changed staff and the service changed too. Right now, the service is very bad. I no longer recommend it.

From the moment you step in, the front desk staff will greet you with a warm welcome. Ann, Michelle and Vanessa from admission are incredibly helpful. Ann, thank you for your empathetic service. The nursing team including the social workers , and nurses aides are super caring and attentive. I would like to mention and thank the support staff from housekeeping and the kitchen for their incredible contributions to the team of attentive and hardworking people. I don't know how I would have done it without mentioning these special people who went above and beyond for me while at my rehab stay at Optima Care Fountains. Special nurses, Adaurie, Gail and Ted. So far so good my mother has only been there for 2 days. The customer service technicians seems to be pleasant and helpful but then again my mother has only been there for 2 days see what happens. But other than that the rooms seems to be very clean and maintained. Bed seems to be well made. Receptionist very courteous and respectful. But like I said we'll see in the next few weeks how it goes if things change I will write a additional review. After she's complete with her therapy

It was a great surprise for me, from the moment I checked in I notice the change in the facilite When I sew my sister , she look well taken care, she was having dinner, the food looks good My wife when to her room to put clothes that we brought for her, she was happy to see her clothes organized in her closet The hallway and room were very clean, the personnel was very friendly I’m very happy the way the place in run now.

Optima Care Fountains is a truly great facility. The nursing staff and CNAs do an amazing job taking care of the patients with kindness, patience, and professionalism. You can see that the residents are well cared for and respected. The work environment is also very positive, especially for the CNAs, which makes a big difference in the quality of care. It’s a clean, organized, and compassionate place. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a trusted care facility for their loved ones.

I transferred my sister from another facility because of the inept staff and poorly run facility. Optima Care Fountains, has made sure my sister is well cared for and any concerns have been immediately addressed. The staff is wonderful, friendly and my sister is well attended to.

This was my 1st visit to Optima Care Fountains. From the security gate to the lobby, then up to my cousins room. ALL personnel were curteous, receptive, and very pleasnt to talk too! The Facility itself is immaculate, obviously very well polished and maintained. While visiting, healthcare personnel entered the room twice to assure the patient and guests were comfortable! I would stongly recommend this facility for care of their loved ones!

From the D.o.n to the cleaners, every body works in a professional manner. The Nurses in the North building are amazing, so also are the Nursing Assistant. The south building is amazing although the nurses bedside manners have rooms for improvement.

I went here to visit a family member today. It was my first time at the facility. The guard at the front gate directed me where to park. When I went inside, I was greeted by the very sweet receptionist. She asked if it was my first time there and I replied, yes. She had me sign up using their camera system which took a picture of me as well as checked my temperature for Covid purposes. I also had to enter my name, phone number and the person's name that I was visiting and then I had to answer a couple of Covid related questions. She told me that the sign up process is a one time thing that will be used each time I visit. I feel that it's a great system being that it makes it safe for the patients and staff as to who is coming in and out of the facility. She then gave me the room number and directed me where to go in order to get to the room. On my way to the room I stopped at the nurse's station and spoke to one of the nurses. She was very polite and friendly. I took the elevator to the second floor and made my way to the room. The place isn't fancy, but it is accommodating. All and all, I had a very nice visit with my family member.

It was clean the caregivers were friendly. I noticed they gave the patient a lot of emotional support as well making sure patients needs were care for on request . When a question was asked they answered them. What I did notice is common area needs paint job needs to look happier.

This is a long overdue review- my father was put into Optima Care in 2022 after a nearly 3 month stay where he lost a lot of muscle mass and mobility. The team at Optima Care really did go above and beyond for my father, and got him back to walking and talking w/ his tracheostomy within a month. Although they were understaffed at the time and sometimes it was hard to get someone to come help, they never were rude and tried their best with what they had. I do appreciate everyone for nurturing my father back to health even if it may have been shortlived. Thank you to the staff at Optima Care!
