I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers! When I reached out for information regarding assisting an elderly relative with daily home care, the office staff was attentive and caring. They immediately provided me with what I needed to know, regarding hiring a home health care aide. I quickly sensed genuine concern regarding my situation. When I visited their office, I was given specific details regarding the aide and how she would meet my specific needs. I wasn't disappointed! I was able to engage the aide in much needed daily care of my relative. She couldn't have been more caring, responsible, and well trained. She quickly became a member of the family! I was able to leave my relative in her care without any worry. For these reasons, I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, if you're in need of a home health aide.

First, they were very quick and friendly in responding to my request for a personal care worker for my trip (with my three kids) to NYC and New Jersey. Next, the assessor and caregiver that they provided to use were terrific. Especially Fabien, the caregiver, that was assigned to me during our four day visit. He was super friendly, experienced and very professional. I am very grateful to Edyie, the owner of Comfort Keepers, for providing care and consideration during a very difficult time. We were in the process of arranging home care assistance for our uncle. Unfortunately, before the service could begin, he fell and passed away two weeks after surgery. In spite of this, Edyie had made a home visit and gained the trust of our family. She was helpful in making recommendations for local healthcare providers. She maintained communication with us throughout the hospitalization and offered comfort during this time of grief. As a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, I can highly recommend Edyie and Comfort Keepers for demonstrating integrity, knowledge and humanism.

I highly recommend working with Comfort Keepers of Secaucus/Nutley. The administrative staff are very attentive and try to match their aids with patients based on an individual’s distinctive character. My father's response to the aid was positive from the beginning. I have meet a number of the aids and am very impressed with their professional manner and sincere approach to their responsibilities. It can be very stressful having to manage the care of an older parent, but the team at Comfort Keepers improved everyone's quality of life immensely.

Im very happy I signed up with Comfort Keepers to help me after surgery. Eydie had helped me work out a schedule of assistance. Im very grateful for this help because Eydie had a much more accurate assessment of the kind and length of assistance that would be best for me. I wasnt very realistic about the help I would need. Im now two weeks after surgery and as I look back I bless Comfort Keepers and the aides who assisted me. They kept me company in the middle of the night. They prepared food and drink to sustain me. They encouraged me to look forward to a time of healing and saw how I was improving little by little.Comfort Keepers was truly a blessing for me.

Comfort Keepers certainly offers quality care for their patients. My experience started with Eydie coming to our home to discuss my fathers situation and how they could be of assistance. We spoke in person for a couple of hours to make sure Comfort Keepers was the right fit for my father. All questions and concerns were answered concisely. They were able to place a wonderful human being, Emma, into my home to provide 24 hour care for my father. The patience and understanding displayed by this woman was other worldly. She understood his dementia and how to adapt to be of assistance to him. Emma became part of our family and I will always be thankful for the service provided by Comfort Keepers. The Secaucus Comfort Keepers took care of my father for over three years. The entire staff was ALWAYS helpful and able to improvise, adapt, and overcome to any problems that arose. When I moved to Florida they stepped up and made that move possible for me. They ensured that my father made all of his doctor appointments. They did his grocery shopping. They made sure that his home was safe and clean. And most importantly, they made sure that my father was WELL cared for and comfortable. THEY made it possible for my fathers final wish to be fulfilled; he wanted to die in his own home, not in a hospital or other institution. Without THEIR care, that would not have been possible. When he did pass away, they again could not have been more helpful. They stayed with my father until I could arrange for the funeral home to take my fathers remains. I will always be grateful to them.

We used Comfort Keepers for my mother. 91 yr old with a compression fracture just recovered from hip surgery! Eydie from Comfort Keepers was so helpful and quicker then I expected. Very professional, caring and understanding. Eydie was able to provide someone 24-7 who was knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. They were a life saver. We could not have kept my mother comfortable in her home without Comfort Keepers!! Edyie was also very accommodating when we needed less hours as my mother recovered. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I know Eydie from Comfort Keepers through our BNI Networking group. My business partner mentioned that his Mom was looking for help with his grandmother who was not in the best of health. I referred my business partner to Eydie. Eydie met with his mom and they started service immediately. Due to the nature of the care required Comfort Keepers assigned multiple aides and went above and beyond to make grandma comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was good at their job, sensitive and caring.
