We have recently moved into Holiday Maple Suites in Dover New Hampshire Independent Living. It amazes me how all the staff, including the General Manager and sales staff, pitch in and assist with any/all functions of the day. Everyone is smiling and they know all 130+ names of residents. It was a major decision to change from our RV living, but now at 82 we are glad we did.

In December of 2023 I toured Maple Suites with the director and stepping into the community I knew it was going to be a good day ! The community is bright and welcoming with a contemporary decor. The entire staff from director to maintenance and everybody in between have your best interest in mind . The community is well maintained and concerns are addressed promptly. Dining staff is friendly and efficient serving a reasonable variety of meals daily. The vibrant Activities Director offers lots of fun social activities for everyone. Though I am no longer a resident, after 2 1/2 years at Maple Suites I still visit often as my sister lives there ( nice referral plan) and I still participate in some of the social activities with many friends I made along the way. I am always welcome... If you are looking for a place that feels like home... Maple Suites could be it !

Nate was so helpful and attentive and I want to give him a credit. As it turns out, my mom will be moving to a different state, and I called to let him know because I couldn’t leave somebody who gave so much attention hanging. He, of course, was very gracious about the news and wish me well. I highly recommend Nate if you’re looking for an Independent Senior living location!

I,ve been a resident at Maple Suites since April of 2025 Having been born and raised in Portsmouth, NH, I've been away from home for fifty years. I feel so good to be HOME! MY five sons found Maple Suites and checked it out for me. They we impressed with it and I trusted their judgment. Nate Hooper got my little Lenovo lap-top up and running for me, so, because of his kindness, I can report how much I love Maple Suites. I'm quite comfortable jiving here. The staff is friendly and helpful to little old ladies, such as myself. I recently turned 79 years old, and am numbered, I think, among the younger residents but it makes no difference. Good friends are friends regardless of age or social status. The dining experiences here are a hoot!! Good food and great company mixes so well in the tummy and soul. Jill, the general manager, couldn't be more gracious. she laughs at my jokes and genuinely appreciates my sense of humor. Daniel (our handy-guy) is very handy, indeed. He fixes the Fix"s we"re in... always with a smile on his face Brian is a warm and friendly soul who I know will answer any question I may have. Diane, who is part of the service staff in the dining room is a favorite of mine. She"s a jovial woman whose kindness is just too palpable to be hidden.. I feel her warmth as soon as she enters the dining room. After all is said and done,I give Holiday Maple Suites the highest marks (and remarks) possible. My mother moved into Holiday Maple about a month ago and has really been enjoying it. Meeting people, exercise classes, bingo, ice cream socials. The staff have been wonderful. Highly recommend this facility.

Maple Suites was a wonderful home for my mother for a while. She was very happy with the community and the food. All the rooms are well designed and lovely, and the building is well maintained. This will be a comfortable home for you!

The staff has always been so wonderful with both grandparents. They work extremely hard and everyone can clearly see it! So many fun activities (anyone is ALWAYS welcome) and enjoy watching both flourish.

My mother, some of her kids, some of her grandchildren and some of her great-grandchildren just enjoyed getting together for the Easter Egg Coloring, Easter Egg Hunt and a visit with the Easter Bunny . Catie, the Activity Director, and the rest of the staff and residents who helped out put together an event the family totally enjoyed. And we got many pictures with the special guest

I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Gabrielle at Holiday by Atria Maple Suites”she truly embodies the warmth and attentiveness that make this facility feel like home. Recently, I was worried when my father wasn’t answering his phone, and being out of town, I felt helpless. When I called the front desk, Gabrielle answered, listened to my concerns, and when I asked her to check on him, she said, Absolutely, no problem. Within minutes, she called me back with my father on speakerphone, and we realized his phone battery had died. It was such a relief knowing someone as caring and proactive as Gabrielle was there to look out for him!

Gabrielle has been a welcome addition to the Maple Suites community. My Father has been a resident since last April and she has been so helpful. Whether it’s stopping by to chat with him or just being the smiling face you see when you walk in the building. We’re very happy with the Suites for our Dad.

I just would like to say how very pleased I am to live here. The people I’ve met her been wonderful is Stathis treated me wonderfully and I just have to tell somebody I had an Acacian today where they provided bus transportation first I had to go to a doctors appointment and was given a prescription and well. The bus driver is gone back to have that prescription filled for me and I just think it’s kind of over and above what I would’ve expected and I just like to say how grateful I am for that and then for the mini of a little Late have a little sweet things I get done around here too. That’s a great place to live in if I had another decision to make for it, I certainly would.

When first moving in to the community, I was recovering from major surgery. It was satisfying to know that being here I could recover over time.Since then, the stay here, has been more than I expected. The amenities are more than adequate and it was a comfort to know I didn't have to worry about a thing. The administrative personnel along with the support staff exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable living space along with personnel who make it a satisfying experience.

Friendly staff that were helpful and flexible when arranging my parents arrival from out of state. Beautiful new upgrades to the building and apartments. Safe and picturesque grounds. So many amenities and activities offered.

My dad is living there right now... they have just gone through some ownership changes. Not good. They can't keep staff, and unfortunately, the residents are affected. My father is supposed to get his room "tidied" weekly, with fresh towels and bedding. Now, he barely gets this every 3 weeks. I am upset... there aren't very many options out there for local retirement homes. The grounds are pretty, the food is fair, and the staff that they do have are friendly enough. Although the poor girl that I spoke with about my father's clean towels seemed VERY stressed. Previously I would have given 5 stars. Now 3.

When we put my mother in law in there we were under the assumption its assisted living. However she has fallen twice and they refuse to help her instead they called my husband which the first time he didnt get message for a couple of hours.they left her there till we called ambulance. Very dissatisfied w the caretaking aspect! 2nd time we went there and she still on floor. I wouldn't recommend this place.
