They have helped me care for a family member with Alzheimers since May 2018 starting with part time days and now at 24/7. They are excellent, competent reliable loving and easy to work with. Screw ups of course happen but they are rare and are rapidly corrected.

You can’t do better! I have know them both on a professional level and now on a personal level. The staff is well trained and caring. They are able to give medications that are in a medplanner or oral syringe (hospice). They meet coverage needs and if needed will have flexibility to accommodate family needs as they change. As a family member I feel supported !! This is the agency to use!!!

Atlantic Homelife is the best! The staff are all so caring and professional and the administration behind the scenes makes sure everything is covered. Martha, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate last minute requests for additional time. Their caring services provide enormous peace of mind and I am not sure how we would manage without them. Forever grateful.

The answer is simple: It is the experience of being cared for as an individual, not as a patient, After the amputation of my leg, my dependency on help from others was visible and real. Yet. never have I felt my need for "normal" relationships met so beautifully as it was through the mature, caring response from the women and men I've known from Atlantic Homelife. I count this experience as one of the wonders of healing.

I would highly recommend Atlantic Homelife Senior Care to anyone in need of caring, flexible, responsive support for a loved one. Atlantic stepped in quite quickly to help with my sister’s personal care and care of her home during a difficult period of cancer treatment, and to address her evolving needs going forward. Atlantic was able to accommodate requests from my sister’s physicians for increased caregiver hours and specific protocols to help my sister’s recovery. The Atlantic staff is kind and thoughtful, and truly wonderful.

The staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate us with consistent care. They worked hard to match my husband with a caretaker who shared his interests and was attuned to his needs and moods. They respond immediately to calls and concerns. Recommended by our hospice provider, they have more than lived up to the endorsement by giving my husband a sense of renewed engagement with life and me respite, during which I know he's safe and happy.

When I had to bring my father home from rehab 1 1/2 years ago, Atlantic Homelife Senior Care was one of the recommended home care services. I have been grateful to have nurse support within this agency for purposes of lab draws etc. Over this time the individuals who have provided care to dad have each brought their own unique set of skills that have supported his ability to remain at home. We have had some wonderful care givers who have transitioned over time but our current caregivers, Dawn Mills, Michelle Williams and Rachel Kelly provide excellent care and feel like, and are, part of our family..

My family have used Atlantic Homelife Senior Care for the past 3 years; allowing our mother to stay in her own home until recently. At first my mother needed assistance with daily chores, shopping, trips to the hairdresser and doctors; more recently she was in need of more medical attention as her age advanced. Communication during her last few months of care was extremely important where I live in the Midwest; Martha did not fail in that department. They were the first to advise that Mom needed more care than what they could provide for the budget we had. I ranked a 4 vs a 5 as having been a long term client we were subject to the growing pains of a fast growing business and hence a few hiccups along the way. For the most part any issues that were reported were dealt with professionally and quickly. Mom came to care for the staff that helped her and asks about them frequently. A few I keep in touch with through social media. I would highly recommend this agency to help assist with your loved one.

Jenna Jarvis has been helping me for several moths. She is excellent. She always knows just what to do. She is upbeat, enthusiastic and resourceful. We have used Atlantic Homelife Senior Care of Diver, NH for a year and a half...first just 3 hours a day 3 days a week, then 4 hours a day 7 days a week, and then 24/7 every day of the week for 5 weeks. In the beginning we didn't know where to turn until a nurse friend mentioned Atlantc Homelife. That one phone call solved just about everything. From our very first meeting with Martha Berk (owner) and Karen Joslyn (RN) everything happened just the way we wanted it. Sharon English, scheduler par excellence, waved her magic wand and caregivers appeared like magic! Our first two caregivers were Erica Maniotis and Nicole Maniotis (mother and daughter) who came to earth, we are convinced to be such caring caregivers! Every patient should be so lucky as to have them throughout as we did! More recently we are very grateful for the caring services of Katie Lapointe, Dawn Mills, Chyna Lau, Colleen O'Connor, Jenna Jarvis, Shannon Moody, and Kathleen Lyons.
