My dad was only at Remington Heights a short time before he died this week, but it was long enough to realize that this is an outstanding facility. Every member of the staff did all they could to make move-in easy, address any concerns, and make my dad’s last days comfortable. I can’t imagine a nicer, more compassionate group of people. The facility is really nice, too, and I’m sorry my dad didn’t have more opportunity to enjoy all they have to offer. If one is looking for first-class assisted living there is no reason to look any further. Thank you, Tracey, Lisa, Ylonda, Becky, Mira, Zina, the ladies at the concierge desk, and all the fine folks at Remington.

Zane was an amazing tour guide. Very professional, wiith a personality out of this world. Remington Heights seems to have all the amenities we are looking for. Now we just wait for the decision to be made from my father.

The Assisted Living facility is very poorly run except for the people at the front desk and a very few CNA's . In the last year, the main nurse has been replaced at least 3 times The Director is non responsive and does not know what is going on from day to day. His idea of conflict resolution is to not answer phone calls and avoidance. Staff Turnover is very high The Senior Retirement community was fine but I would not recommend the Assisted part of the facility.

Great facility, great food, with an awesome nursing staff! They have many amenities including a beauty shop, and exercise room! I am never surprised when a resident says they had fun!

First of all, I wanted to say thank you! to all the staff that works here. They are all nice & awesome people with caring hearts! My mother in law passed away last month. Everyone that works here came to me and said something nice about my MIL! I can sensed their genuine feelings and condolences. I think this place is by far the best senior apartments/assisted living my MIL had stayed. She stayed at three different places throughout the Omaha areas for the past four years. In addition, my husband and I had tried their food and they were very good. The front desk ladies and executive director were very easy to work with as well. They were very understanding when presented with our problems and moving situations. Lastly, this place is the most affordable place compared to other assisted living locations in the Omaha areas. I highly recommend this place when you are doing your research. You will not disappoint!

After a respite visit to Remington Heights for one week, this was the perfect location when my mother needed to leave the farm. It was not an easy transition from being alone and independent all the time to having guests and staff available whenever necessary. Remington Heights staff was wonderful in treatment, care and social interaction with mom. The rooms are nice sized, well maintained, and easily accessible with a walker. It is wonderful to have a cafeteria that provides a variety of foods at every meal. There were always numerous activities for residents to enjoy. Having a hair stylist weekly is helpful to the elderly who may not get out often. Access to a doctor, who visits Remington on a regular basis, is a true bonus. Health care was consistently well done, with a fiercely private and feisty, independent woman. Staff very quickly learned how to interact and joke with mom. Whenever I made a call or an inquiry, I received an answer very quickly. After a brief hospital stay, staff willingly stayed with mom whenever I could not be there. Even in her last few days, she never had to be alone. I cannot thank the Remington Heights staff enough for their care of and for mom. They certainly made things easier for the family. I highly recommend families/seniors look seriously at becoming a Remington Heights resident!
