My family and I are happy with the staff and services my mother receives at Waterford at Miracle Hills. My mother has lived there for the last 7 years. There are lots of activites and singing groups-people who come to entertain. My Mom says the food is good. There is a new director, Kaite who is easy to work with. The nurse, Michelle, is a very caring and professional person

I adore the home like feel of The Waterford at Miracle Hills. The courtyard beams in the center of the community with its beauty of the season and the occasional cookout. Each time I have interacted with their sales director she is professional, intelligent, and easy to work with. Definitely worth a tour if you are looking for assisted living.

I have lived at Miracle Hills for over a year and a half. My experience has been great! Even though the last four months have been challenging the staff have been working extremely hard to keep us safe. We have a beautiful courtyard with trees, flowers, bulbs blooming and a garden club that lovingly takes care of it. We are having meals in our rooms which are presented very nice and with great variety. Our activity director works very hard each day finding different activities we can do in our room as well as small groups while social distancing. I think I can speak for everyone here in saying a big thank you to all the staff at Miracle Hills for taking such good care of your residents.

Ive been a resident for a year and I am truly happy here. The accommodations are so nice and the staff all work hard to make each resident feels that this is their home. Even in the present circumstances, our activity director plans events daily to give us experiences if we choose to participate under social distancing. Our dining room staff not only stays busy preparing custom meals for us that are now delivered to our rooms, they come around daily with a snack cart to tempt us daily

We are very happy with the care from this community. The staff are caring and attentive. The menu is good and he seems to like the variety. They have a lot of activiites for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value to other families.

The community was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very generous and patient with my loved one and I on our tour. It didn't seem like they had enough care for people with memory loss. I recommend that they look into more intensive care.

it is clean but the interior is outdated and the lighting in her apartment is not good. The food is very good but the portions are small. The care so far has been good for the most part. She has had issues with one of the caregivers. She pushed her button for someone to take her to the dining room in her wheelchair. When the caregiver came she was told not to push her button unless it was an emergency. The buttons around the neck are to let the caregivers know you are ready to go. She has had insects including ants in the bathroom and large spiders. They did send someone to spray and clean them up.
