Visit was nice. There is an issue with carpeting coming up near the entrance hall. Any employee, patient or visitor could trip on it. I have mentioned it weeks ago but nothing has been done about it. I sure would hate to be the one who does trip. Building seems run down and simple things not well maintained. Atmosphere is pleasant Meals are not good.

couldn't say more positive things about this place. as soon as i walked i was greeted with a smile she was very polite and warmhearted. After checking and started my visit each staff that i encountered was friendly and very personable. I got turned around a little bit and ask for directions and when i say almost every staff that was around wanted to assist me. They make you feel at home here.

At this point, I see Gregory Louya having better care. His wounds and feet are healing. Also, the medication for his infections seems to be working this time.

The Nurses and CNA’s were awesome, Kim over events were great they need to update some activities, overall stay was excellent and I would recommend to others. The only thing food was awful I feel bad for people that had to eat it. As much as they charge they need better cooks and desserts some people didn’t have people to bring them food.

Staff is outstanding ” everyone from admin staff to nursing staff to therapy group to housekeeping. The physical facility needs some TLC (which they are starting to do) but rooms cleaned daily! Food not great but it’s institutional. Glad I found Mill Creek for sister’s inpatient rehab! Highly recommend!

Subpar across the board. Some pf the nursing staff seem to want to do things right, but overall the care for my mother-in-law wasn't good. She couldn't sleep well, didn't eat well, and didn't get better. When we asked for changes, they kicked her out within 24 hours (without any conversation or follow up) even though she wasn't ready, and her assisted living facility wasn't ready either. That was pretty disgusting - rather than try to do better, just get rid of the problem, even if that's worse for the patient. Drab and dingy place, unappealing food, not always clean, doesn't have the best interest of patients at heart.

My aunt recently stayed at this facility for rehab, and I just wanted to share how positive her experience was overall. From the moment she arrived, the staff on the floor were nothing but kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can really tell they work well together as a team and support one another, which made a big difference in the level of care she received. They were attentive, always willing to help, and made sure she felt comfortable throughout her stay. It never felt like just a job to them. you could see that they truly care about their patients. Her only complaint was the food, she mentioned it could definitely be improved but aside from that, everything else was great. Most importantly, they helped get her back on her feet, and now she’s home doing well. We’re very grateful for the care she received at the facility.

Mary, the receptionist there is Awesome. She's the first person you meet when you go there thru the week. Great personality and I became a friend. The staff is great too! Robin, Meghan and Joanna. However, the food isn't all that good and occasionally there were a few CNA's (I don't think they still work there) who were unpleasant to be around. Overall, I had a very good experience living there and I go back occasionally to visit the staff and the residents I made friends with. I would recommend Mill Creek to any one who needs physical therapy (Morgan and the team are great!), assisted living and support. Now, next time ask me to review where I'm living now... Whit Raven family home care. My review will be very different.

My church’s Missionary group and I were there to visit our church member and our visit was very pleasant. The staff made accommodations for us to visit in a semi private area where we could fellowship and have Bible study. We were all treated very kindly and we could tell how well our church member was being treated during her stay there. All the staff we encountered were warm and inviting and the facility was very clean.

I was here for 2 weeks for acute rehab after a hospital stay. I have been to several different rehabs, and this is one of the best I’ve been to. The people are all so sweet and nice. The therapists are amazing. The CNAs and nurses make sure all your needs are taken care of. The food is pretty good for institutional food. It actually has flavor most of the time. I would highly recommend Mill Creek for any rehab needs!!

My mom is at Mill Creek and I like the staff, I belive Chrissy is her name, I thought she was especially kind and caring. This type of job cant just be a job for someone, you have to actually care to take care of people's loved ones and have a passion and Chrissy definitely has the passion. For me personally I don't care if the outside of the building is a little dirty, that's inevitable ,I care about how they are taking care of my mom. She is almost 68 and fell and broke her clavicle so for me its about the care.

I was at Mill Creek for about three months. My recovery was very good thanks to the ladies in the Rehab Department. They pushed me in a way that made all the difference in my experience there. I am very grateful for the push they gave me. Keep pushing ladies sometimes that's needed more than you may realize. I just wanna say thank you over and over again. Was recently a residence there and they treated me with kindness with respect and calmness. They were very patient with me. I was a resident there for seven weeks was glad to go home but I miss them all. They treated me like family.

While living here I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful for the most part. The services are adequate and the food as a whole is good.The therapy staff are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. Most of the nursing staff is very conscientious and quick to address any issues that arise. The maintenance and janitorial workers try very hard to keep up with any number of things that pop up on any given day. The activities director is always trying to come up with fun things for the residents to keep them entertained ( big shout out to Miss Kim). The administrative staff try their best to keep up with what I consider a very tough job. All in all I'm happy with my stay here.

This is wonderful facility. They go above and beyond your needs. Everyone is so kind and so nice they go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as they can and do all they can to help you in your recovery. I am very blessed to have come here for my Rehabilitation. If you need a very good place to go this is it.
