I have moved here to be closer to my immediate family. I left a place in Franklin, TN THAT WAS WAY OVER MY BUDGET AND FORSYTH CT ASSURED ME THEY WERE MORE MANAGEABLE FOR ME. The apartments, at least for me were roomy and storage is great. I love my space. I wish the food was more light and not so heavy. I am grateful for the Shuttle service and Sean is the best ever!!

I’ve been here for 10 months now, and I really like it here. - Competent staff who know me by name and willing to help me resolve any issues. - Excellent shuttle service that provides transportation to medical appointments three days a week and shopping trips once a week. - Roomy units with roomy walk-in closets. There’s lots of light from big windows. - Support staff for light housekeeping helps me keep my place clean. - Residents are free to come and go as they please, and many drive their own cars. - Good facility with a workout room, a TV lounge, a spacious dining room, several activity rooms and communal spaces. I’m hoping to live here for a long time.

For the last several months the food service has been slow and is getting slower. Lunch is from 12-1 and drinks and salads which used to be served at 12 are now served about 12:10. The main meal is served from 12:35-1 or later. Residents are really getting upset. It was never this way before in the last 6 years that I have been here. I have spoken to the manager and been assured that the problem is being worked on, but it is getting worse. Having to sit for up to an hour to get your food is frustrating to say the least. Other than that, the fact that I have been here for six years speaks for itself.

We just moved in on Friday. Everyone here is high energy with a bubbly attitude. They are phenomenal. One drawback, they don’t have much maintenance. We’ve had problems with our apartment that we’ve been trying to get addressed for the past week and they have not been. I need some racks moved in my closet so I can unpack my clothes and that is being pushed off. We have a kitchen sink that was sitting in a hole when we got here, not pushed down, not caulked. It’s pushed down now but it’s still not caulked. I just wanna finish moving in!

My mom recently made the decision to move into an independent living community and Forsyth Court was her choice. The staff are great and put a lot of energy into creating an upbeat and welcoming environment. The property is well kept and many of the apartments have been or are planned to be fully renovated. This is a big change but I know that the staff at Forsyth Court are invested in making it a smooth transition. Many thanks.

Holiday Forsyth Court is not only a beautiful and well designed place with spacious apartments and options for a vibrant life - it has a staff who truly care and go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure residents are doing well!

Their Marketing will outright lie to get your money. I repeatedly explained my wife's medical condition which I can usually handle ( brittle diabetic with insulin or fruit juice at all hours and fainting and sometimes diarrhea from C-diff so will need help to clean her up and change bed linens. I was told "we are an IL facility BUT we always have someone here to assist you". ( Many AL listings on the web have Forsyth Ct.) [name removed] failed to add if I find and hire them they are available !! Also they let you dine only 3 hours a day and have little variety, even bread or dinner rolls are only offered some of the time. So we spent alot of money and moved 9 hours from Florida here and it's too late and too expensive to move again. We sold and gaveaway everything we owned and will be broke in about 11 -12 years. We are stuck, they will probably try to kick us out on the street when they read this. I'm 86 and wife 81.

Some very warm and friendly staff who seem to go above and beyond to please and accommodate. The lunch was delicious and everything was clean and orderly around the building. Nice courtyard, attractive and secure for walking or just relaxing outdoors. Conveniently located with several restaurant and shopping choices nearby. Residents seemed happy to be there and very proud of their home!

I have found Forsyth Court to be a place of healing and love from my many friendships here. I love that there is a nurse here on an, as-needed basis. I also love that physical therapy and occupational therapy are available here. I have recovered from 2 major surgeries in the short year that I have been here. The support that I have gotten here has been outstanding.

You get what you pay for here. Stories from others tell me this is good accommodations. I love my own apartment! Really would like respect of renting my own place not sometimes an institution. Nancy makes things fun and interesting.
