The executive director, the head of nursing staff, and all the staff members in this facility are so genuinely caring. My parents have been there for a year. I feel that they are not only cared for but loved by the staff. I interviewed 20 facilities and Brookdale was an absolute perfect fit for my parents. It should be On your list if you need assistance for a loved one. I would recommend it and I do recommend it. And we are thankful that they care for my parents. We were able to decorate their rooms exactly as they had been at home , so in every way this is a warm happy place

Brookdale has a family that embraces you the moment you enter their facility. The caregiving team has tremendous expertise, & most of all, they truly care about their patients. I go to bed at night knowing my mother is clean, warm, safe, & happy. Alex, Hannah, Sandy, Felicia, Simone, and countless other Brookdale team members go above and beyond the call to make sure your loved one is cared for. Im truly impressed. Thank you Brookdale!!

Brookdale Reynolda really cares about its residents. The staff is warm, welcoming, and the caregiving team is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell that Brookdale is a family by joining them for a meal with their residents. Im extremely impressed with this community! Im grateful for their excellent care of my mother.
