I was in need of a someone to fill in a gap in hours for caring for my mother after my hip surgery. I chose Home Again because of the flexibilty Britney offered and was willing to work with the me if i needed to change or extent time in needing help I was very pleased with my first time of having to deal with care for my mother her staff was on time showed up and if something came up Britney called or came herself she made sure my mom was being taking care of that meant a lot to me highly recommend

My wife and I needed a break after five years of attending to and caring for my Mother in Law, whose dementia has recently reached new levels. With little time left to plan our trip, my wife reached out to Britney and with our beach trip looming and promising to crumble at any moment. However, Britney worked us into her schedule and very quickly her professionalism and kindness won us over. We were at ease. My mother-in-law was instantly drawn to Britney and seemed thrilled with her. Even our pets adored Britney and the team! We were able to take our first vacation in 5 years. I have been receiving Home Again Senior Living Communities services in Winston Salem, NC for 9 months. These services assist me with tube feedings, bandage changes, showers, and some household chores. This agency is unique in that it is able to provide its services in 30 minute intervals, which, I discovered, no other agency could provide. The attendants come three times daily and are very reliable and trustworthy. Britney Robertson, director and one of my attendants, is extremely caring, patient, and respectful of me and my special needs. She sees things to be done and does them without being told, a trait very important to me.

I was so fortunate to hear of Home Again when my sister was to leave skilled nursing and I was not ready for her to go to assisted living. I called and Britney started coming to be with sis. They walked outside to strengthen my sister, chatted about various things and laughed and enjoyed being together. As her staff came they were very well trained and engaged sis in conversation, and helped her with activities. They followed directions for any meds that needed to be given and prepared any food needed. I am so fortunate to have learned of Home Again and their great service!!
