All of the 1 and 2 bedroom residences available feature some of the largest floor plans available in Winston-Salem. Our rooms are designed for seniors to be comfortable and have private bathrooms. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Winston-Salem. We promote our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. The selection of meals at Holiday Creekside Terrace are the results of many years of experience crafting menus. Our cooking staff constantly strives to make sure the dining experience is the best at our community.

My 99 year old father has been at Creekside since June. We're very pleased overall. Staff is very polite and accommodating. Food and cleanliness are above average. Many activities to keep residents occupied. Anna, Hunter and Brian have been particularly nice towards my dad and are a godsend.

I wanted to let you know my husband and I enjoyed the visit with Mandi. She was very friendly with lots of info. For us . Very patient. Nice complete tour. Lunch was very good also. Please thank Mandi for everything she did for us and give her accommodation. Thank you. Carolyn Keegan

I know three Sr. Couples who reside at Creekside Terrace. All report that the community is a welcoming community. Residents get three prepared meals per day. There are numerous activities planned weekly. Excursions to area arts, theater and sporting events are coordinated by the social committee. Like most #NC Senior Communities, the residents here have all been offered Covid vaccine courses.

I have worked with this community with the in-house therapy provider, Legacy Healthcare Services, for over ten years. This community has only strengthened its commitment to serving seniors over my tenure here. As a provider that serves many senior living communities in the Triad, I would say, hands down, this community is the best Independent Living facility in Winston-Salem!!! The residents are happy and enjoy a family-like atmosphere here. The facility is beautiful, and well-maintained. The admissions process is very smooth, as Mandy will offer guidance to make this difficult transition easier for residents and families. The food is not like other institutional style meal service in many other facilities. It is a 4 course meal, and oh my, the homemade yeast rolls are so good. MMMMM! We have wonderful activities, outings, live music, classes, etc. that our residents love. Having therapists on site to keep our residents well and living their life to the fullest is another asset this community has that other independent living facilities in the area just don't have. I highly recommend this community - 5 stars!

Creekside Terrace is one of my favorite independent living communities to take clients. Mandy is an incredible partner and treats everyone with respect and patience. This is a very active community with lots of planned activities for residents and I love that most apartments have a patio or balcony!

i have been working at creekside terrace since 2009. Have worked at other facility and creekside terrace is my favorite facility. its a place that i call home. this will be a great place for my mom and dad to live. i would have nothing to worry about. they would be in good hands

Daytime staff to help with your needs, maid service weekly, amazing food served by awesome staff All utilities included, washer and dryer on site for your use! They help your loved one relax during their retirement.

I only know about the salon, which is great. However, Creekside Terrace mgmt forces them to prioritize residents who may (or in most cases have NOT) scheduled an appt ahead of customers (non-residents) who actually DO make appts. Very unfair. I only gave this place 5 stars because of the person who works in the salon. She does a great job.

White chairs in DR were way more comfortable and better for short folks. The sofas were more comfortable and ladies loved them for chatting. People would be up and about til 10 at night. Sadly they now lock the doors at 7:30, managers live off property. After dinner fun ended when the managers moved. Entertainment after dinner ended.
