Reviews Piedmont Village at Newton
January 2023
Having dealt with different long term care facilities for three elderly parents, I must honestly say that the director & staff of this small facility are by far the most caring & involved advocates for the elderly & infirmed with whom I have ever dealt. In addition, the place is clean & the meals are better than some restaurants.
October 2021
bad food, urine all around commode, nasty bathrooms, the whole facility stinks. residents that wear diapers don't get changed, when they should, some don't get changed until the next day. they lay on wet and filthy sheets and blankets. Staff members mistreat dementia.residents. The state really needs to come in here on 2nd or 3rd shift to see what really goes on.!!!!!!!!!
