I am a student at UNCG graduate school doing my MS in Gerontology and I had an honor of completing my AIT hours at Morning View under Mr Michael Wilson ( executive director) of this amazing community. I have worked with all the managers at this facility and I am just amazed at how these people are providing their residents with the best of best. I highly recommend this place in the beautiful community of Irving park Morning view is the real 5 star facility.

Great place to work. Internal promotions to team members as well as new department heads. Team members genuinely care for residents. Programs department is constantly looking for new ideas to engage residents. Dining program has phenomenal meals.

My father was at Morningview for 18 months. I always liked the staff and they were attentive. Layout is great for aging family members. Could improve on food quality.

I moved my mother in to Morningview at Irving Park in February, 2018 and our experience so far has been excellent. She was previously in Five Star facilities in Savannah, GA where my brother and his wife kept an eye on her for the past 5 years. My wife and I felt that it was "our turn" and we have relished the opportunity to spend time with her daily ever since. In the process, we have discovered what an amazing job that Mary Cole and her team (LaQueta, Kathy, et al) do in running a senior care home that feels like home. The events they organize to incorporate family members (St. Patrick's Day with Irish food and dancers, Memorial day and 4th of July cook outs, petting zoo visits) as well as the high level of professionalism and morale that the caregivers exhibit is fantastic. My mother's care requirements are at the upper end of the care spectrum and yet the staff never complains or shows resistance to caring for her promptly. The food is good quality and the menu changes frequently, and the courtyard where my mother can enjoy the sunshine and birds in the trees makes for quality visits together outside of her room environment. Kudos to Mary and the entire Morningview staff for a job well done.

My mom is 96 and needs lots of attention and care...she gets both from the staff at Morningview. As an assisted living facility I have found that the "living" element is at the forefront. Mom enjoys the food and there is a full range of varied activities available to her whenever she feels up to it. Mom's prescriptions are carefully monitored and administered. I feel confident about mom's well being while a resident at Morningview.

My dad was at Morningview at Irving Park. I loved it. I would use them again and recommend them. They were great. The facility was very nice. It's the kind of place that you would feel comfortable leaving anybody. The pancakes were great. There were a lot of people sitting out in the courtyard and sitting in the halls and the front porch. It's just a really nice and friendly place. When he got there, all the employees and some of the residents were in the foyer with a big greeting for him. They've worked with me real well. The staff was very friendly, very good, and reasonable.

Finding an assisted living place for my sister seemed like a daunting task, but luckily through the advice of another family member, I checked out Morningview at Irving Park in Greensboro, NC. They've been great from the very beginning and now almost a year later that's still the case for me and my loved one. Besides being a clean, well-maintained, and safe place, the social atmosphere is great, where the residents are friendly and the staff is caring and warm. The food is healthy and appealing and served in a very nice dining room setting, too. There are varied social activities to make daily life interesting and fun and the people there, both staff and residents seem truly happy. I'm sure that if you and your loved one visit them, it will very likely be one of the top choices you'll consider for a new place to call home.
