We moved my mother to Carriage House in August of 2023 from another facility we were having issues with. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the care she is receiving there. The staff is very communicative and obviously cares about the residents. She is in the memory care unit which can't be an easy job for the staff but they are equal to the task. Evan in particular is a standout there. He is always engaged with the residents and it's really inspiring to see the way he interacts with them.

Although disappointed to learn that Carriage House Senior Living was not a skilled nursing facility, I was awed by the assistance given to me by Tressa Hogan. She took the time to point me in the right direction, something that I felt went above and beyond. An excellent representative of Carriage House.

I have worked here as a Dietary Aide since October and have recently changed departments and am now a Resident Assistant. This is a great place to work! Staff gets along famously and I can honestly say everyone here genuinely cares about the residents. Coming to work doesnt feel like a chore, we do have fun here! Coming in on holidays and during times of snow is worth it 🙂

I feel like an angel has come down to help - because in all the calls I have made Tressa is the only one who has taken the bull by the horns to help me. From the initial tour to post move-in, staff were very helpful and guided us in every way. The place is clean, bright and welcoming. My friend has been welcomed and treated with respect since moving in. The food is great.They seek to make a difficult experience more pleasant and acclimate the person to the routines, as well as meeting others of similar interests, etc.

Making the decision to move our Mother to a memory care facility was really hard for our family, however the staff at the Carriage House has been exceptionally helpful and compassionate!!! Tressa and Blondie in particular have absolutely been a God send!!! The care and understanding all the staff have shown Mother is remarkable and heartwarming. We could not have found a better home for our Mother. Thank you all for being there for the entire family each step of this journey!!!

My mom has been a resident here for 6 yrs. In 2012 my mom & dad moved in its bright & airy beautiful & clean & plenty of space to move around and nobody is on top of each other. My dad passed away in 2013 & mom is still here. The staff are very knowledgable working with dementia & Alzheimers & they answer all my questions. It makes it very nice to visit cause its so pleasant. The food is amazing. Her room is really nice with lots of room. The staff has been here for me when I needed them too. I visited several places & this is really nice.

I have spent a great deal of time in the community visiting a friend and everyone is so kind and friendly. My friend receives excellent care at Carriage House. If I ever have to go into an assisted living, this would be my first choice.

I am thrilled to be doing music and reminiscing with the residents at Carriage House. The activities directors are hard working, caring individuals who show true compassion for the residents and their families. I have been impressed with the friendliness of all the staff from the executive level to the kitchen staff, CNAs, and cleaning staff. They all make it feel like home
