We have used the caregivers from Cassiopeia's Home Care for almost a year now. Our experience was a bit rocky at the beginning due to language barrier between the caregivers and the client, my mom. However, once Ms. Tingsley found Lina, who not only can communicate with Mom, but also patience with her. We are very grateful and happy with Lina as she was God or Buddha's sent! Jasmin, the person who makes the schedule and Lina have been very flexible with any last minutes changes. Thank YOU kindly to Ms. Tingsley for bringing Lina to our lives!

I recommend Cassiopeia's Home Care Agency to anyone who needs compassionate, professional and outstanding care. My good friend has multiple mobility and health issues and until she found this home care agency, her prognosis was poor. Since they began caring for her, she has gotten much better and is improving every day. Ms. Cassie has gone the extra mile for my friend several times in providing timely service and good advice. She has also been very helpful in navigating the intricacies (should I say mysteries?) of Medicare and Medicaide benefits. She is very responsive to requests and questions and will always call you back when you leave a message and not X "business days" later either!!! If it were possible, I would give Cassiopeia's Home Care Agency seven stars.

We've been using Cassiopeia's Home Care Agency for almost 2 years now. It was a rocky start and it took some time to find the right care giver for mom, but we did finally hit the jackpot and have the best caregiver now. Cassiopeia was very helpful and persistent finding the right person for us. The key to any relationship is communication and that has been one thing that has been good from the start. They were very professional from our first phone call and that has never changed. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because of our rocky start but we are receiving 5 start service today. I highly recommend Cassiopeia's Home Care.

Cassie and her staff are amazing. It was my first time using this type of in-home care service for a relative. Cassie and her team members were easy to work with, thorough and knowledgeable. First, they did a needs and services assessment with my family member. Although I live in a different state from my family member, Cassie’s organization of the assessment appointment was impeccable. They connected with my family, asked the assessment questions, and listened to their concerns. I was also contacted about the assessment afterwards. They were able to start serving my family members that following week. My family member who received the care, isn’t comfortable with strangers, but really liked and enjoyed the aide that was designated for her. My family member who was caring for my other family member, appreciated the break and relief having the aide provided. I would definitely use them again.
