I could not have found a better place for Mom to live than Preston Pointe. It is a beautiful facility but the real prize is the staff. From reception to maintenance to dietary to housekeeping and the executive staff (including the community nurse) were just tremendous during Mom's stay. They were gracious, caring, professional and treated Mom like family. A big THANK YOU!! from me and my brother.

I can’t say enough good things about Preston Pointe. The staff doesn't just do their jobs, they treat every resident as a valued individual, with compassion, respect, and genuine care. I’m not naming names because everyone here deserves recognition. The entire community is welcoming and thoughtfully designed, from the inviting lobby and well-maintained apartments to the lovely common areas, library, dining hall, and peaceful outdoor spaces. There’s always something to enjoy: lively events, engaging outings, the reassuring presence of a compassionate on-site nurse, incredible meals from a truly gifted chef and much more. Visitors often tell my mom it feels like she’s living on a luxury cruise ship and I agree. She came here looking for a place to settle, and instead found a place to thrive. We’re so grateful she’s in the best possible place.

I cannot say enough great things about Preston Pointe. I am the caretaker of a family member who recently had to leave Preston Pointe after 10 great years there. (We were SO sad to leave, but his needs became very great.) The staff, led by the super star Executive Director, were all so friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to make everyone, residents and family members, feel right at home. There are many activities, the food is great, the apartments are terrific. The other residents are welcoming and just plain fun to be with. If you, or a family member, are looking for a special place that really is a retirement COMMUNITY, look no further than Preston Pointe!

My wife and I assisted my parents in looking for a senior living facility that would help make their daily lives easier. We looked at a few facilities, and Preston Pointe was easily the best of the options. Consequently, my parents moved there in late 2024. The staff is outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The food options and variety are impressive, and the food is very tasty. There are plenty of activities and amenities for the residents including movies, games, outings, a hair salon and exercise classes. My parents are very happy there. It is very comforting to my family to know that our parents are safe, supported and looked after by such caring staff. I highly recommend Preston Pointe for anyone considering a senior living facility for themselves or loved ones.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Kelly for a tour, which was arranged for my mother-in-law. Kelly was very warm and welcoming, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about both Independent Living and the Preston Pointe Community. The community itself was lovely, and we toured one-bedroom apartments that were both spacious and beautiful. The entire community was spotless, offering a variety of activities and a great selection of delicious food. If you're considering an Independent Living community, I highly recommend scheduling a tour here. It truly seems like a fantastic place to live.

My wife and I have a home in Morrisville and are looking at our options. There are many quality communities in the area, so the choice is difficult. Preston Point stands out from the other options with their openness and willingness to answer any question. Everyone we meet is enthusiastic about life at Preston Point. Preston Point recently offered us the option to try the community by staying for a few days and have the opportunity to experience Preston Point without becoming a resident. No other community as offered us this option. We plan to give the community a whirl and try them out.

I visited a resident of the facility, and the apartment was very nice. She had no problems getting around. There appeared to be plenty of activities for the residents.

This is the place to live. The food is exceptional. If you are lonely here, it is your own fault. The staff is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful.

We work with a company that assists seniors with their relocation. Every time we have moved someone into Preston Pointe, the staff has treated us very well, has shown respect and concern for each resident, always has some interesting activity going on for them, and the apartments and hallways are very clean. Among all of the senior residences, this is a staff favorite.

The staff here are without parallel and are very helpful to residents and visitors alike. I spoke with Priscilla during my visit here; she was very cordial and discreet. She happily answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for senior living options in the Cary area!

My kids brought me here. It took me a while to adjust leaving my home, but the friendliness of this place and the opportunity to present a music program it helped me adjust. I love being near my kids and grand kids. The amenities are very fine here compared to other retirement communities. The most important amenities that means the most to me is the transportation and activities. The convenience of going to the symphony means a lot to me.

My mom lives at Preston Pointe and likes it a great deal. The level of service and the quality of the meals and other amenities is very high, and provides very good value for money. For those who need them, services like Comfort Keepers, Doctors (and Dentists) Making House Calls, and occupational and physical therapy services are easily arranged, and the staff coordinate well with these services. My mom moved here to me nearer me and my family, and we couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Preston Pointe. Everyone there - from the front desk staff to the dining room staff to the maintenance staff - is so genuine, friendly, and nice. My parents were there for over three years and not only did they fall in love with the place, but our whole family did, too. And, it's not just the people that work there that are amazing; the people that live there are also the friendliest, nicest, happiest people that we saw in all of the places that we visited (I think we visited all of the retirement communities you can name, too, because before my mom chose Preston Pointe she had to see every available place first). I know I'm gushing a bit here, but Preston Pointe deserves it. Go visit, you'll see what I mean.
