We can see and feel the positive energy inside the community once you walk in the doors! All the staff are welcoming with smiling faces! The residents I see are engaged into activities, it's something always going on. There's a new leadership team that Has been amazing with the residents and staff. I visit this community 3-4 times a week and you can definitely see and feel the love and compassion that inside of Overlook! My residents I visit are all impress and happy for the new leadership and the care received. They look good, they feel Good and that's what makes the difference from prior to now! They have people who actually care! I definitely will continue to support and recommend referrals .

I currently work as a med tech. And pass meds to the residents. I brought my daughter by to see the residents and too see their faces light up when she was babbling and laughing made their day. I love all my residents. The building has new management and they are super great. They are very attentive to the residents and care so very much. If you have an issue they are willing to work and help on the floor as needed. They don't mind working alongside staff. The Ed Katie is super sweet. And she loves helping her staff and residents. Judy the Hwd is amazing nurse. And cares so very. Much. I love working with them and caring for the residents. It is a great place to work.

My experience was with Brookdale Overlook. I was looking for a place for my mother. I appreciated that it was a smaller facility, and offered what I was looking for as far as availability. They had highly qualified nurses and we were able to have a virtual visit with them where they answered all of my questions. The reception was lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly, good attention to detail, good follow-through, as well as professionalism. They were very helpful in recommending Patriot Angels to us as well. The price was right and the facility was lovely, warm and welcoming. And all this during the Covid Pandemic. Now thats accommodation. A great facility indeed.

Brookdale is a wonderful place to be employed with. We are one big family who takes great pride in helping and caring for our residents. We have fun and enjoyable activities well prepared by our activity director and delicious meals prepared by our chefs. Its a pleasure coming to work everyday and seeing the wonderful smiles behind the masks from our residents. They surely brighten your day!!!

Wonderful place to work! All the residents are the high light of my day! Each staff member takes pride in learning each of our residents personal wants, needs and favorite things.. in doing so it brings joy to the residents knowing that they can count on us for anything! Ive always been apprehensive in the possibility of sending my parents to a senior living or nursing home, but i would 100% send them here!

I'am pleased with my fathers move to this community. He is doing pretty well since his move here. It is a good safe community with good people. They have a great staff, they are caring for him well. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community, everything looks good. There are good activities available for residents. He is pleased with the meals. So far everything is working in the right direction. This is a community I would recommend.

This facility looks and feels like a home. The administrator that provided the tour was knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and the PT room was impressive. Interactions between staff and clients were positive. A client fell while I was visiting and the staff responded appropriately and quickly.

Mother, has only been in Brookdale Asheville Overlook one week, but so far she is pleased and making friends. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, concerned, and loving. The food is nutritious and tasty in a balanced menu. It's like a big family environment.
