From the moment we contacted Brookdale to the moment we decided to bring our aunt there, everything has been absolutely wonderful. Kelley has been an absolute angel through this process. The rest of the staff has been so friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to spending more time with them as our aunt lives there. They are all caring, friendly, and loving. We feel very blessed to have found Brookdale Asheville at overlook. I highly recommend them for assisted living!

My father has been at Asheville Overlook for three weeks and so far he has been doing well! He loves the food and he enjoys socializing with the other residents. I visited him over this last weekend and everyone I met was kind and seemed comfortable there. His room and facilities are clean and updated. The staff communicates well and are available for me to ask questions or check in, even though I live far away! We are looking forward to more good experiences there.

We can see and feel the positive energy inside the community once you walk in the doors! All the staff are welcoming with smiling faces! The residents I see are engaged into activities, it’s something always going on. There’s a new leadership team that Has been amazing with the residents and staff. I visit this community 3-4 times a week and you can definitely see and feel the love and compassion that inside of Overlook! My residents I visit are all impress and happy for the new leadership and the care received. They look good, they feel Good and that’s what makes the difference from prior to now! They have people who actually care! I definitely will continue to support and recommend referrals .

Oh My, what a Wonderful Place. The Best Assisted Living facility in this area!! I can't say enough good words....clean (never smelly if you know what I mean), friendly, professional staff, caring, and compassionate. Individual care showing Love and compassion. There's always great activities, including outings. My friend DId Not want to go into an Assisted Living facility and it did take her a bit to adjust. Shes been Living Happily at Brookdale of Asheville now for 6 months. She is a different person.... Happy, engaged, active. She is such a different person!! I Love walking in Brookdale's doors. I'm always greeted with genuine smiles, and hellos, and even hugs by the staff. The staff enjoys working with the residents!! My experience was with Brookdale Overlook. I was looking for a place for my mother. I appreciated that it was a smaller facility, and offered what I was looking for as far as availability. They had highly qualified nurses and we were able to have a virtual visit with them where they answered all of my questions. The reception was lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly, good attention to detail, good follow-through, as well as professionalism. They were very helpful in recommending Patriot Angels to us as well. The price was right and the facility was lovely, warm & welcoming. And all this during the Covid Pandemic. Now that's accommodation. A great facility indeed.
