Truly awful phone etiquette from every staff member I have spoken with. Seems any question or request is the biggest inconvenience for any staff member. Seems as if the other reviews are just as awful. Highly recommend improving the quality of training for staff. This place is clearly not managed well and the staff seem to have extremely poor work ethic. Would never have made this a first choice for my grandmother, but her previous home closed without much notice and this was our only option. Really hope you guys get it together and that eventually I can change this review into something a little better. All these reviews are worse than mine, can't imagine what an awful environment this really must be. Toxic.
