We chose Mt Gems - Sapphire House for my mother-in-law, and the facility is clean. They're very good, she's always well-cared for, and the care is exceptional. They have activities and also encourage her to do more on her own. The food smells great, and my mother-in-law has no complaints.

Wonderful Facility My mother was here for a year and the people here were very caring and kept my family informed of everything. They have good food made daily at the house & treats for all. Nice outdoor area to get fresh air, when the weather permits. The staff is wonderful!! Thank you so much!!!
