I have been calling to get on the waiting list for about a year,And they keep telling me the waiting list is closed.

The Cottages of Kansas City East is my new forever home. The space is phenomenal. The community is warm and friendly. Ashlee and staff do a great job of helping you move in seamlessly by coordinating the paperwork and any maintenance workup needed. I am happy that I found this quiet little gem. I highly recommend this senior living place.

Update: I was contacted and invited to come to an appointment this morning and was very graciously shown a unit. They're very nice, thank you, Ashley! They are very hard to get ahold of. I was early to my appointment yesterday, and waited around for 45 minutes and no one came to show me the complex, nor has anyone responded to my voicemails and text messages. I've heard very good things about them though, that the people who live there love it. I'd like someone to contact me.

I love this place , office manager is on top of all situations that come up from water leaks to wild animals. Moved in five years ago out of state so it was sight unseen and the best decision I have ever made. Location is central and neighbors are caring and helpful. Maintenance is fast and the best I have ever encountered.
