Office manager and associate showed up at a celebration of life for a deceased resident and brought up past due rent to the grieving family. This could have been handled much more professionally by letter or email vs during a service for the fire ing family. This company only sees people as money not as humans. Shame on them

"Our" Mansion has been a blessing to us since we moved here about a year ago. All residents are friendly and helpful. The office is not only helpful, but the staff caters to our needs as quick as possible. Pot luck meals are served every month. Every month features a "Movie of the Month." Our swimming pool is very popular. Everything is always clean and tidy. Neighbors share time together in the "family" room. Small pets are welcome here and short walking trails are just a step or two away. A visit here is well-worth your time.

I wanted to thank Sandy (Manager) and Emma(assistant manager), for all their help, with the recent move of my mother. She has been living at Glendale for over 18 years, and we had to recently move her from one of the upstairs apartments to the main floor. They made it so easy and seamless, it was such a relief to have their professionalism and kindness. My mother has been very happy at Glendale, it’s been very, responsive and attentive to her needs, as well as the family’s. The apartments are well-kept, well insulated which makes them very private and peaceful. Tony the (maintenance engineer) goes out of his way to help my mother with any needs he can , as well as the ladies in the office. We have been very fortunate and could not ask for a better place for mom. She still feels quite independent which is important to us all. We would just like to say thank you again to everyone there!

My mom MARGARET BREDSON live s there she loves the new manager Sandy and she even got the tenets there Covid 19 VACCINE right there to she is getting alot of activities for the residents too and she is a awesome manager and Emma is awesome to the maintenance is awesome as well too and the building is absolutely clean and they definitely open the work out room s to thank you so much for. Glendale at the mansion crew u all r doing awesome

Im looking for senior living right, are there elevators, I have back an arthritic problems in my knees and hips and I cant do stairs, it would be nice to know the rent before coming to check it out

Paul and I moved into Glendale at the Mansion on March 1, 2016. We love it! Our apartment is roomy, has a dishwasher which we havent had since 2010 and its bright and sunny. Our former apartment was smaller, so we just love having more room to move around in. Lois and Emma have been very helpful with whatever needs we have and we appreciate them very much. Tony, our maintenance person, has been most helpful in tackling any issues weve had in that regard. Come take a look at Glendale. Youll be impressed and recommend it to others 55 and older, Im sure.

I am moving in, the staff is very helpful and friendly. the facility is very well maintained and quiet. there are plenty of monthly activities and quite a variety. You should check it out. Apt #326
