I recently visited Bowen Tower Apartments and I was incredibly impressed. Josh has done a phenomenal job there. My family went up to the recently renovated rooftop community room and it was so nice! You can even see the Chiefs stadium from up there. I would not hesitate to refer a loved one to live here. The residents and staff were all wonderful.

I have lived here for almost 8 years and I love it here. The floor I live on we all look out for each other. Merlina is the manager, Al is our awesome maintenance guy and they both care about the residents and try to keep this building looking nice. They are a good team. Bowen has great residents and is a wonderful place to live.

Rent taylord to seniors income. The building is clean and peaceful. Utilities are included. This is an older building and is maintained well for its age. That being said, its a good value.
