I’ve lived at Gambrill Gardens for six months now, and I’m quite satisfied with my decision to move here. The staff is excellent, quite accommodating, and do their best to meet our needs. Meals are excellent, featuring quality food in a good quantity, excellent! Exercise classes, Bocce, art projects, transportation plus day trips, Happy Hour, Karaoke and cookouts, Billiards and Bridge are just a few of the activities we enjoy - along with various religious accommodations - Gambrill does a great job of providing. Oh, Gambrill does a great job of keeping the facilities clean, updated, and safe. I’m very happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a move. (My dog is happy here too.)

Visited my brother in his new apartment. It was spacious and well laid out, the entire building was comfortable with clean, inviting amenities everywhere. The grounds were lovely.

My grandma has lived there for a few years now, and she's never had a problem! They keep her happy! They are always courteous, answer any questions that I have, and always willing to go the extra mile, especially during the current pandemic. They really seem to take good care of their residents and look out for their best interests which is all that matters to me when it comes to my grandma!

My Grandma lives at Gambrill Gardens and cannot say enough great things about the place! She has lived there for 5 years now. She said the staff is like family and she feels at home! I personally want to thank management for keeping my grandma and the other residents safe during this time of COVID-19!

I visited this property last year after the bistro opened. The residents dining around me were friendly and we all enjoyed the food. The grounds are beautifully kept; the indoor renovations are absolutely stunning. Clean facility with new furniture throughout the areas I visited. Its a wonderful place for a loved one to be part of caring community of sweet seniors. The friendly staff are committed to making each resident feel at home. I highly recommend visiting this property!!

I deleted my earlier review because it sounded too phony, but its true.Gambrill is a beautiful little slice of Heaven; a monthly calendar full of activities, a store, beauty spa, chapel -- everything one could ask for. And I havent watched Young and Restless since Ive been hear ( a major change for me!)

After extensive renovations, the new owner and management have done a beautiful job in turning the community into a dream home. I frequently visit and enjoy sharing meals with family in the restaurant. The property, staff and services at Gambrill Gardens are simply AMAZING! 10 stars!

Beautifully furnished common areas, spacious rooms. Entertainment provided, activities and transportation. Wonderful, caring staff. A beauty salon. A little food market. HUD assistance makes it affordable. Happy residents. This place has everything.

I recently took a tour of Gambrill. The renovations are gorgeous! Clean and modern feel with the safety features Id be looking for in a senior community. All of the residents were out and about, chatty, and extremely friendly. Gambrill has an exceptionally warm, welcoming, and happy environment. Also, I love how many activities are available to the residents + the cafe is AWESOME!

The goal of Gambrill Gardens is to be affordable for independent living. The rooms were decent in size. The staff was very nice and very professional. Undergoing renovations, lots of changes around campus.

We just had a wonderful outing today with Cathy and Mike! Cathy is our social director and Mike is our fantastic Bus Driver! We never have a bad time with these two. Very very entertaining!!!
