My father just moved in and I am thrilled with what a clean, modern, friendly, cozy yet spacious place to live Creek Valley has provided. If your loved one is ready for a relaxing yet engaging place to live, this is your place. Their apartments are beautiful and inviting. Their all-inclusive format is convenient and great value. Their public spaces are big and gorgeous. I love the all-day coffee and ice cream, the awesome movie theater, and the warm and welcoming residents and staff. I couldn't imagine a better place for my father to age comfortably, safely and beautifully in place.

Creek Valley is a wonderful community! I visited 4 other communities before looking at Creek Valley and it was the best one for me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, both the staff and residents. The food is good and there are so many activities to keep you busy. The atmosphere is great and welcoming. I am truly happy to be here!

I enjoy living at Creek Valley . I have been here for 6 months now. The staff are consistently kind and very helpful to me. The building is kept clean . I feel there are lots of great amenities that justify the price of an apartment for me . I enjoy the variety of foods offered . I would recommend this place to a someone interested in living in an independent living apartment situation for people 55 +.

Very pleased with all aspects of care, accommodations, and resort management, which is excellent. Only complaints are for corporate’s decision to stop the Christmas collection for annual gifting to service personnel (dining room servers, room cleaners, etc.)who do an excellent job and deserve tips for their great service all year, and for the kitchen’s habit of overcooking most pork and chicken dishes to the point of rendering them dry, virtually tasteless, and hard to cut and chew.

A beautiful, newer facility that has everything the parents want. Food is available anytime, the staff is incredibly helpful, and there's always something going on. The list of amenities and services are remarkable. We moved them from another facility in the STL area that was, let's say...substandard...and upgraded them to Creek Valley. They couldn't be happier.

My friend, Geriatric Care Manager Susan Signorino, scheduled a meeting with Bob Mogley to explore a possible group function (20 people) at the facility. I agreed to meet them for lunch on July 17, 2025 since was interested in a visit with Bob and wanted to see the community. We were greeted with a welcome customized message sign in the foyer at the entrance. We even had a reserved table. The meal included a choice of cod or grilled cheese, hush puppies and peas. It was a pleasant presentation. Guests and residents greeted us with smiles and friendly welcomes. Susan was impressed with the comfortable theater and the overall quality of the surroundings.

Creek Valley is unlike most communities I've been to! Right away I could FEEL the difference. I was greeted with a warm welcome 🙂 offered something to drink (sweet gesture to guest) Immediately I could see residents smiling in the front lobby and talking with staff. Throughout my tour I paid attention to many details, this building is SO CLEAN! They maintain every nook and cranny! The have the Kitchen right upfront! You can smell the chef's creations, and see all the variety of food offerings. Creek Valley is doing so many things right. One of those unique things is their Ambassadors program, when new residents come in they immediately have a buddy! They have a ladies mingle group on Thursdays, I met Shirley on my tour and I now want to stop in at 3:30 on Thursdays to mingle with this lively group of seniors! The rooms are so spacious, and well thought out for the senior population. I felt like I was truly at a Scandals on vacation and I didn't want to leave. If you are even thinking of Independent living for your loved one, go see Bob at Creek Valley!

This all inclusive "cruise ship" community model is progressive and one of its kind in STL! Bob made the application and move-in process seamless. The staff and residents are kind, warm, and welcoming. Adding the little support that our mother needed was easy through a cooperative relationship with Interim.

After almost 20 years of living in a vibrant downtown St Louis neighborhood, my parents were looking for the perfect retirement community. One closer to my brother and his family in suburban West County. Initially, they worried about missing big city living with its easy access to friendly neighbors, entertainment, cultural and endless dining options, in contrast to a quiet life in the suburbs. They have been transformed, because life is anything but dull at Creek Valley! There’s always something exciting going on. Cheerful residents, a friendly and helpful staff, various daily activities, as well as many fun off-site excursions are the norm here! As a bonus, beautiful Bluebird Park is just a short walk away. Creek Valley is proud to offer elevated all-inclusive, resort style living, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. While touring many retirement communities, we kept returning to Creek Valley. After enjoying a few meals there, we confirmed that the cuisine as well as the assorted dining choices were superior. This was the icing on the cake!

Creek Valley is an amazing community for seniors. They truly stand out from the pack in many ways. Whether it is memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing or independent living, living solutions for senior citizens are generally expensive and a terrible value. Creek Valley is challenging this expectation. Creek Valley is an independent living facility where each resident has his or her own apartment, but housekeeping, meals and all utilities including internet and cable are included. For seniors who need a bit more support, there are options for home health assistants to come in for an affordable hourly rate. There's also a physical therapy office on site that is billable through insurance. We chose Creek Valley for my dad who had been living on his own, but needed some extra support after a 60-day hospital stay. During this same time, he was advised not to drive any longer. He has been able to do his physical therapy onsite and gotten great results. He has the privacy of his own apartment, but is able to eat meals with friends or visit the onsite movie theater in the evenings. As his world has gotten a bit smaller as he has aged and is not able to drive, the environment at Creek Valley brings the world to its residents. In many ways, his world actually now feels larger than when he was more isolated living on his own. He can walk down the hall to the General Store or Hair Salon. On Mondays, he attends a Bible study right there in the building. He loves the food - including a fresh soup, salad and fruit bar. He appreciates the "Chef's Pantry" that is available 24/7 to residents to pick up a sandwich, hard-boiled egg, chips, cookies or other snacks. There is a popcorn and ice cream machine available to the residents at any time. On days when he isn't feeling up to par, Creek Valley offers free meal delivery right to the room. Having internet connectivity means that my dad has been able to enjoy using his Alexa that we bought him. He's listening to music and audiobooks - things he would not have explored living on his own. One of our family members said that it seems like he is like he was 5 years ago again - aging in reverse! As family members, we truly appreciate the wonderful staff at Creek Valley. There has been incredible stability among the staff -- in an industry not known for long tenures. The staff members are welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile for their residents. From working with Bob in the exploratory phase to Maryann and Bonnie at the concierge desk to onsite managers, Rob and Christine, to the Executive Chef, Sean and his dining room manager, Olivia, the staff is wonderful and has created something very special. Before considering assisted living, I highly recommend checking out independent living at Creek Valley and then augmenting with hourly home health services as needed. Not only are you likely to come out money ahead, but the experience at Creek Valley can't even compare to most assisted living facilities. Oh...and did I mention that the place always smells amazing? It smells fresh and slightly lemon-y, but not too heavily perfumed. To me, it smells similar to the fragrance used in most Marriott hotel lobbies. We've seen our dad blossom again and heal at Creek Valley. We've seen him go from struggling with loneliness after the loss of his spouse to thriving and making new friends. We've seen him go from using a walker and avoiding physical activity to getting stronger with physical therapy and daily visits to the fitness center at Creek Valley. We thought he would eventually go back to his home. Now, I'm not sure that is going to be the case. He has had such an amazing experience that I'm not sure why he would leave.

Creek Valley Retirement Community has a welcoming and relaxed ambience. As the owner of Interim HealthCare of St. Louis, we have been a part of this community since they opened providing customizable personal care services. The residents are able to age in place with the resources available at Creek Valley. Management is top notch and truly care about the residents. I would highly recommend Creek Valley to anyone looking for a welcoming environment that has an array of social activities, great food, and the ability to age in place with quality supportive services and care.

I toured 4 other communities before stopping at Creek Valley. The facilities are superb, clean, and bright with lots of open and shared use areas. The menu options were extensive, flexible, and the food looked delicious. The residences offered the most space and amenities (including dishwasher and a washer/dryer) compared to all other places visited. The staff and residents were all very friendly and accommodating. Bob went out of his way to accommodate my mother’s requests during our two visits to Creek Valley. If I was ready to sell my home, this is where I would be.

Very impressive! Great menu! Good activity schedule. Good size rooms and large closets with individual thermostats. Bob showed us around the whole building. The amenities far exceed anything else we’ve seen and everyone is so friendly. It’s worth the time to go check it out.
