My mother in law is here this place is so great from where she was she has here own room where she feels safe and she can lock her door .The place she came from she was starting to feel unsafe at night . They made the move so easy. We highly recommend

As an agency partner with Creve Coeur Assisted Living, I had a wonderful experience with the staff, residents and families celebrating the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball spirit. They had Fred Bird from the Cardinals and allowed him to showcase all of his antics and he had everyone laughing and smiling. The community also helps residents foster animals through the APA. In addition to the expert care they provide their residents, Creve Coeur Assisted Living takes an equal amount of care in supporting the families that visit.

My mom has been very happy here in her own apartment, which she likes to manage herself, while engaging in the many social activities available. She loves the staff and feels safe and secure. She is always telling us how happy she is to be here.

My mom has recently moved here All I can tell you is that the staff has been absolutely amazing and helping her transition . The helpers who come to her room are sweet and compassionate and always so cheerful and supportive of my mom The waitstaff in the dining room are excellent... and all disciplines from physical therapy to nursing to director of fun are outstanding. She has not been there even a full week and I can tell you her experience has been phenomenal. Abby and Riley were my first introduction to the facility and they were amazing, compassionate, fantastic in communication with all my questions and very savvy in all aspects of what they do to help the family help their loved one move-in and make the best transition possible. I highly recommend this facility.

Mom stationed here for subacute rehab after breaking her femur pretty badly. What a great place! Plenty of staff and all very pleasant (even when doing unpleasant tasks). The OT and PT professionals are caring but get the people working. I have a lot of respect for people who make caring for the elderly their career. Again, I highly recommend this facility.

Having researched many facilities in the St. Louis area we are very happy with our choice for mom to join the family at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. The facilities are top-notch, the personnel are super helpful, even the other residents are friendly and made mom feel comfortable. The billing is quite simple with zero surprises and they do not nickel and dime you. They offer many activities and mom especially likes going on the free outings. I highly recommend Creve Coeur Assisted Living based on our first two months personal experience.

We have had a wonderfully smooth adjustment to Creve Coeur Assisted Living. My parents have been here nearly 3 weeks and they are extremely happy with their new digs. The staff has been friendly and welcoming. No place like home!

My last review was out of anger i was emotionally drained i brought my home experience to work i FIRST and FOR MOST want to apologize To Kimberly Brown because NEVER has she done anything wrong to me personally.She always TRIED to be nothing but supportive for her staff. She allow her staff to pick and choose their battles and she remain positive no matter the war. I can HONESTLY state she has been there for me.Yes she is firm but thats what the job need.Like I stated before I LOVED working there with EACH resident and will do it again if needed/offered. Again I apologize to Creve Couer staff and Kimberly for the last review.over all they are a great team

The Fillmore Country Club was a godsend for me and my family when we needed to place 4 my father when he could no longer take care of himself. The staff always went up and Beyond the Call of Duty and making sure he was clean comfortable and safe. It was such a relief knowing we didn't need to worry about his safety. Towards the end I know he was a real challenge but they always called him affectionately by his name and were so patient with him. On the early morning he died the girls gathered in his room to tell my sister and I stories about things he said and done which made us laugh and cry because we'll miss him. I have the mother of a long time friend living here and the whole family could not be happier. The community is conveniently located, beautifully decorated and has a very caring staff. There are plenty of planned activities, excellent meals and dementia care when the need arises. I would highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself what they have to offer!

Wow! What a beautiful and friendly facility! I recently attended their organic fair/open house and was so impressed with how clean, homey and beautifully decorated it is. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and everyone we spoke with was very friendly. This is a place I'd love to call "home" one day. Great job, Kathleen and team!

I have the pleasure of working closely with the staff and residents at Creve Coeur Assisted Living. The staff treat the residents like family and truly get to know them and their families on an individual level. The facility is beautiful and always well kept. You can tell all the staff really enjoy their job, and work hard to ensure the residents love living in their new home environment. My name is Thomas Engelhardt and this is my Ponte Palmero experience. My Grandma had lived here at Ponte Palmero for awhile. The whole facility was nice and comforting whenever I was visiting my Grandma, I never got the feeling that people die here. I figured my Grandma would stay at Ponte Palmero until she got better and then would move back to El Dorado Hills where she lived previously. When the day came for me to hear that my Grandma was ill and soon to be departing. I'll never forget the last moments. With my whole family heading towards room 216, I started to realize that here, now, this is the big one. My Grandma was going quickly, her speech was reduced to murmuring, but I Knew there were three words she would remember and say back without any hesitation. I leaned over and with my hands on my knees because I didn't want to cause her pain with my hand holding her frail hand. I Love You, I said. I LOVVE YOUU, my Grandma said back. I then left the room and sat on the couch. My mind trying to understand all that was happening. These were the last words I said to my Grandma. A few days later, on August 22nd 2017, I recieved news from my dad that my Grandma had past. I felt solemn and curious to where she had gone? I felt that our time together was complete when I had visited my Grandma at the mortuary after the funeral to see her for the last time.

Working with the staff and my clients that are moving there has been a great experience. Unannounced visits and scheduled visits have both proven to me that the residents are happy, engaged, involved, and enjoying their community.

Our parents John and Phyllis Clifford moved to Creve Coeur in December 2015. We are delighted with the continuous, quality care they receive!. What is equally special are the staffs' warm and enthusiastic conversations with them. My parents are recognized as individuals and as a couple who have been married for 69 years!
