I was under the gun to get my father into a memory care facility very quickly due to exigent circumstances. Sue Paullus and Christine Pepper were extremely helpful and instrumental in making this happen for me. Their caring and understanding of my situation and my father's condition made my life much easier. The facility is clean and organized. The pricing is comparable to other facilities, which is to be expected, but they were able to help with the move-in financial aspect nicely. A good place to have a loved one.

My father moved in 5 months ago and the entire process from looking at apartments to moving in was very easy. It's always stressful when you are trying to find the perfect spot for a loved one but Stoney River stood out among all of the rest. It's got such a welcoming feel and the apartments are beautiful. All of the staff has been very helpful and accommodating. They are quick to reply if you ever have questions. An added bonus is that the food is AMAZING. My father is quite particular about food and he raves about the meals there.

I looked extensively before choosing Stoney River for my 90 year old dad, who has dementia. The facility is beautiful and the layout amazing. The staff is super helpful, and seems to really care. Very happy so far. Dad loves it too, a happy surprise, considering.

Stoney River building and staff are wonderful. We just moved our folks into Stoney River. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The move went very smoothly. Staff were in and out of their room frequently making my folks feel most welcome. Everyone assisted and accommodated us quickly with anything we requested. It is my belief that my folks will be well cared for and very happy in their new home.

My father has only been at Stoney River for 2 months but the whole family loved the place the moment we walked into it. It is safe, clean and kept up very well. Every single staff person we have met has been wonderful! Always smiling and willing to help or answer a question. They give such great care to my dad and to our whole family no matter what day or time we are visiting. They have fun activities for the residents and really good food.

Our mother moved into Memory Care Stoney River a month ago. The staff has been attentive to her needs as well as the needs of our family. They have gone out of their way to help us through this last transition with mom. We also worked with Ecumen Hospice at Stoney River--they were helpful and knowledgeable. We say every day how glad we are that mom was at Stoney River for the last weeks of her life.

My mother moved into memory care almost 2 months ago. We love so many things about Stoney River its hard to articulate them all. The ability for my mom to go outside whenever she chooses thanks to the inner courtyard is such a blessing. There are many activities for mom to participate in, and shes doing things now she wouldnt even do before dementia! Everyone including management, care teams, doctors, and even other families are very kind, caring, patient, and helpful both to my mother and our family. I am so thankful every day that we found this wonderful place where I have confidence that my mother is safe and well cared for.

My mother has been at Stoney River for almost 5 months, They have had a few hiccups, but they have hired an AMAZING leader who is doing amazing things!! The food is fabulous, the activities leader plans outstanding family events every month and my mothers care attendants are very loving and caring...they continue to surprise me every month. The staff is eager to please and well educated, which makes it easy to sleep at night knowing she is being cared for and loved..Thank you to all staff for the outstanding job!!

The memory care management, staff, and care teams are absolutely wonderful! The daily activities fill the time and give my mom a reason to move. We love the inner courtyard giving residents in memory care the ability to go outside whenever they choose. This empowerment is a rare feature in memory care. Everyone has also been very patient and understanding with our family. They recognize that this is not just a challenge for the resident, but also for everyone around them.

Our Grandmother is a Resident in the Memory Care Unit. We are so grateful to the Hardworking engaged staff that care for Grandma , she is happy and has a smile on her face everytime we see her.
