We moved our mom in recently to Roitenberg Assisted Living and have had the best experience. Mom feels loved, is busy with engaging programs, and most importantly for us kids is that she doesn't worry about life things anymore (safety, home stuff, getting places, etc) Thank you to the amazing staff who have helped mom get acclimated and give her purpose again.

I have been so thrilled with the care of all the staff and professionalism of everyone at Roitenberg. My mother has been joining in the activities and is socializing again with the other residents after having been isolating herself at her previous apartment. The best part is that my mother keeps telling me how happy and safe she is at Roitenberg. I can't praise everyone there enough for the great work they all do and the extra effort they all make.

There are 52 apartments and only about 28 or less residents on site. About 15 people go to dinning room every day and food is not good. My mother lost 40 lbs over this last year due to food quality and bullying from another resident causing severe mental distress which was not prevented or addressed. There is very little social acitivites as well and the facility is in decline. New management this past year has revealed many cracks in this facility including a lack of safety.. Beware!! Due to this unhealthy environment I had to relocate my mother.

My sister lives at Roitenberg Assisted Living Memory Care. In the short time she has been there her life has improved greatly. She now goes to the dining room for meals and activities, instead of being isolated. She is more alert, relaxed and smiles often. The staff are friendly and attentive to residents needs., both physical and emotional. Very clean and pleasant.
