My Mom was the first client of 2 Caring Hands. She was (and still is ) their Anna and they were her 'angels' (Anne, Christine, Mary, and Martha) who were there for her when I could not be due to my work. Since Mom, the sisters have expanded their business and I cannot imagine their current clients getting less respect or service than my Mom. Their heart and homes are open!

Our family is very thankful that our loved one was at Two Caring hands in Lakeville Mn. Everyone was very nice. 3 showers per week like I asked. All my requests were met. I am an RN with many years of experience. They made it a home setting. Visiting w him often. Making sure all his needs were met. Great job Two Caring Hands. I volunteered to write this great review. Thanks again to the great team work.

Owner ignores problems with staff instead turns your feedback around blames you Sometimes narcotic meds come up missing owner covers this up as far as nurses are concerned owners sister is a RN and owner contracts with another one, staff passes out meds very common to forget your prescribed times when the owner works at one of her 7 houses she forgets med times as well Half of the time the food is good,however staff does not mark dates on them. Overnight shift staff tends to sleep Owner does not abide by the state/federal rights for people in long term care assisted living as well as nursing homes both are required to follow these resident rights.

Hello, Im leaving a review for 2 Caring Hands and overall what I think about this company since Ive read a lot of claims and statements that are simply wrong and Id like to touch upon. (I am certainly not disregarding any review left and we are looking into the matters that are brought up and we thank you for the feedback but there are some claims that I cannot let be said about this nursing home as they are false) Background: I have worked for this company on and off for 6 years, the only reason I have been on and off was for schooling and pursuing other opportunities but now I am back full time now as a personal assistant. I can confidently say that we have and always will do our best with the thought of treating others as we would like to be treated. There isnt a bad bone in the sisters that own the nursing homes and they always try their best with 10+ years experience of working at nursing homes and 10+ years experience of being owners. First we have to talk about the claim that we Over Medicate our clients. This is 100% not true and we would never over medicate anyone as it is immoral and very dangerous! We would never jeopardize anyones health or life just to do less work and that claim is simply ridiculous. The nurses are here to serve and protect the clients and have taken an oath to protect and do the right thing. Theyre prescribed medication from their Medical Doctor and we give them what theyre prescribed, simple. Not let you speak to a loved one Is something that we 100% do not promote. The elders in the homes need affection from their families-friends and that a lot of times keeps them mentally healthy and happy so why would we prevent that? The only thing we asked is that you be safe wear a mask-clean your hands and call and set up a time when you can meet your loved one and respect the residents time as some sleep earlier than others. We have nurses that watch over 5-6 residents and are constantly doing work, some examples are them doing Laundry, Toileting, Feeding, Cleaning-Showering, Turning-Repositioning, Playing and much more to 6 different people! If you see anything about workers being lazy take that statement with a grain of salt, we wish you could see how busy a day as a nurse really is. When you can sit and relax for a bit you take the opportunity to do so. In closing I know the first thing you might think, ‘this review is biased. And I like to comment on that. If I didnt think this company was any good I would never work for them, simple. We have been in business since 2005, We have looked over 100+ persons and have so much good feedback that you dont see. We do our best, care for our clients and love them as theyre family. We take them out to lunch-dinner (not as of late because of Covid). God forbid when someone passes away we attend the funeral because we care for them dearly and losing them is like losing a close family member-friend. I also have a few relationships with some of the clients and were good friends and I look at them like family. I just ask that when you read anything take it with a grain of salt. I know weve been getting some bad feedback lately and the sisters and I are truly sorry if you feel that way and were sorry that this is the impression you have of us as an assisted living home.
