Our father gets the best care in the city (I would say world) in an environment that has become a warm and wonderful home for him (and us as family visitors). The people working there are caring and highly expert in the care of elderly; the facility itself is impeccably designed and kept clean and updated in every respect. The food service is amazing. The careful attention to the quality of foods and sodium in the foods has improved my father's health and eliminated his previous ankle swelling due to heart failure. The activities program is world class! I highly recommend Beehive Homes of Lakeville.

They took great care of my mother who suffered from a form of Parkinsonism and was in decline. They helped her get a bit more mobility and independence out of her time until she really needed all the extra care they needed. She was only there 9 months but she really did have the best care possible all the way until she passed. The environment is homey, the staff friendly & patient and the activities were easy but fun for the majority of the residents making them smile and have a good time. Was really amazed at the variety as well as all the entertainment they had come in for everyone.

Of all the homes we have experienced and visited - this home is such a refreshing difference. They actually care! I cant say enough about the fabulous nurses and the owners who treat us all like family. We are all informed weekly and all of us who have family in the home are so happy and relived to know our loved ones are taken care of. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food served to the residence are delicious. I cant say enough about the wonderful care and quality of care here. If you are looking or have a loved one that needs care....this is the place you need to visit. Your worries about placing them in a home will be over. We are so happy we found Beehive!

The care team has been great and we can tell they have the heart for the residents. The setting is very much home like and unique. This place is well run. Staffing has been nothing but great, while most places are short handed.

Being a part of this family was the best experience of my life. It is so far the best place I have worked to date. The team at beehives homes of lakeville is the best one can ever ask for. The love and care we gave to the residents was selfless. I really enjoyed working there as there's so much teamwork and coordination. Everyone is happy to step in and lend a hand. It is truly a home away from home. The management is top-notch. Leading from example and emulating servant leadership. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no more. We are so thankful to the owners and staff at BeeHive Lakeville for the care they gave our mother in the last years of her life. She quickly transitioned from moderate care to high care and then hospice services and throughout it all everyone was so caring and accommodating. We were always at peace when we couldn’t be there knowing she was being cared for.

BeeHive Homes of Lakeville is a breath of fresh air compared to the memory care unit at another area assisted living facility where my Mother resided for almost 3 years. The staff of BeeHive Homes of Lakeville are very accommodating, with the care of its residents the #1 priority. They treat my Mother as if she were their close relative, giving her the nurturing that a person with rapidly progressing Alzheimers needs throughout the day. The husband and wife owners are hands on, and sincerely care about their staff and all the residents.

Flexibility, competitive wage, growth in experience, team work; a few of the common aspects most potential employees look for, but most everyone overlooks the best reward.... family oriented company!!! I am at lost without beehive family and felt heart sunk leaving temporarily for college. I had a learning curve I struggled with and instead of feeling like a number for employment i was welcomed with open arms and guidance. We all look for happiness and tend to except work obligations to an unsatisfactory expectations, yet with beehive homes I do not have to feel the sluggish feeling of walking into work; its more like home away from home. I recommend all those looking for more than just a paycheck to work for beehive homes of lakeville, for I myself will be excited for my welcome back home.
