It's been roughly five months since I've started working for Suite Living of Burnsville and I'm loving it! The atmosphere with a smaller community is great; feels like home! Our facility nurse is wonderful at her job, very attentive to detail and truly cares about the residents! The caregivers know their residents well, the food is great and residents seem happy! I love the team I work with and the residents we care for!

I love this place so much! They take awesome care of my nana and they do so many activities with them! I never have to hesitate to give them a call with a question, or concern. They're always more than happy to update me on Nana's day if she hasn't been texting me. Larry the cook is AMAZING! He makes special accommodations for individuals, and he knows off the top of his head what they want. He has no problem at all changing something for an individual, or setting up trays for those who eat in their room. All of the staff here goes above and beyond to take care of the residents. It makes me comfortable knowing they are taking care of all residents and they hug them, joke with them, and will sit with them if they're having a hard time. This means so much to me and my family. Thank you so much Burnsville Team!

I love working for Suite Living is the fact there is room for growth. I started as a caregiver, while I was finishing nursing school I did house keeping, and now I am a LPN for the company. Our upper management team is amazing, so is the housing director Anna!

REPLY to Reply: It was Suite Living in Burnsville. This location is only a mile from where I am currently residing, and would have been perfect for visiting. As I said - during the sales process everything was perfect and seemed great. When going to drop off paperwork later, that's when things broke down. I am quite sure all staff are at 100% when the ownership/upper-management are around, the real test is how people behave when they are not. The review below was our experience, which is what I can and do review as a Google contributor. When looking at a Google review I feel others should see what our real world experience was. Everyone representing a business should understand that every interaction with a customer is important, and a negative one can cost a customer. I edited my estimated cost per month as I may have used an incorrect amount. ORIGINAL Review: We looked at this facility to potentially care for our loved one. All of the sales people were nice, brochures beautiful, facility beautiful, seemed like a great place. However, anyone who has had to place a loved one in this type of facility knows that the really important part of any care facility is the people. We had filled out paperwork to do an intake, and when we went to the Burnsville facility to drop it off waited for 15-20 minutes for the manager to open the door and let us in. There were multiple people within site at desks that did not seem to care that we were there. We finally rang the bell a second time, only to be scolded for doing so by the building manager. Since we didn't want to spend 20-30 minutes waiting for admittance if we wanted to visit, we kept our paperwork and have now found a different facility. Each time I see a commercial for this company, I wonder how much money they are spending to attract customers and get them in the door, only to have a few bad seeds scare potential customers away. I see this in business all of the time, but this one, at $8,000 + per month for care, just amazes me. Get your people's attitudes under control and teach them how valuable every interaction is or quit putting your name in front of the public! Just some friendly advice.

I sincerely enjoy working for Suite Living Burnsville and feel proud to tell people where I work! The residents are wonderful, the food is delicious (and homemade), and the staff are so friendly and caring. A beautiful small facility that feels very home-like. A great place for a loved one to live at and receive great care and a private room/bathroom. Location is right off highway 35E making it very easy to get there!
