Everyone at the Arbors at Ridges did a wonderful job taking care of my Mother. They were always courteous, understanding, and always treated her with the utmost respect. It was like being a part of one big happy family. Every person we came in contact with at the Arbors did and outstanding job...I can't thank them enough!

All I can say is WOW! The staff has been there forever, and truly care about the residents. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that each person has a great experience. The food is incredible, and you just couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate environment for your loved one. I am so grateful to have Arbors as an option for my loved ones.

My parents loved living here. The staff was fabulous! They were very friendly and caring and helped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. The food was wonderful! They offered everything we needed and then some. It was a great fit for our family!

My mother-in-law was apprehensive about moving to assisted living but she soon said this was her new home. She received great care and the staff were like family. During the 15 months until her passing she also moved from assisted living to a care suite. It was nice that she could stay in one location and move to another 1 bedroom apartment very similar to her first one. No place will ever be perfect but in the few times a mistake was made the service recovery exceeded our expections. We would definitely recommend the Arbors to anyone looking for great care that is in a home like setting. An additional plus is that it is a smaller facility so it is easier for residents to navigate and to develop personal relationships with staff.

Arbors at Ridges has been a god-send for me and my family. I live out of State and our mom needed the early stages of assisted living. We interviewed and visited many assisted living facilities in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area and found Arbors at Ridges to be the best fit for a reasonable price for a new home for mom. That was over 2 years ago and we know (and mom agrees) that we made a wonderful choice. The staff has always been available to answer our questions and take care of mom's needs. I thought living 7 States away would be a problem in helping manage mom's care, but the entire staff at Arbors has been incredible. I highly recommend this facility and hope that it is still available when I reach an age that requires such a facility!

My Mother is a resident at Arbors at Ridges. Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. She especially enjoys the crafts, music and pet visits. The kitchen staff works very hard to have a delicious and healthy menu. The Social hour every day is wonderful, a snack is served. The interaction with other residents is very important to the residents. My Mother is feeling like she is making new friends. The cleaning staff is s amazing. Very thorough, and friendly.. Mom always enjoys when they come to clean her apartment. Her apartment is spacious and she really likes the large windows. The nursing staff is very kind and attentive to the residents needs. If you need help caring for a family member or yourself, my Mother and our family highly recommend Arbors at Ridges. K. Brown

If your loved one has dementia and you want them in Ebenezer Memory Care, you will be pressured to start with Assisted Living at The Arbors. This is apparently how you get 'fast tracked' for an opening in Memory Care. Once an opening is available, the pressure is on to move them a second time, ASAP. If your loved one has dementia and is ambulatory, be prepared to be asked to spend nights at their apartment in the run up to moving, because there isn't sufficient overnight staff to prevent them wandering and leaving the building. The Arbors seems like a great place for someone who has mobility challenges and no cognitive issues. But The Arbors is not set up to provide care to a person with dementia. So why pressure families into moving there first? That's not good care.

Management is very professional and compassionate. After experiencing less than ideal care for my loved one, I was contacted and conversed with very candidly and for that I am very appreciative. I had been frustrated regarding wait times for my loved one and the effects they had on his perception of his place of residence, especially at the end of life. Justin had explained to me the staffing ratios and other obstacles that contributed to this perception - and I now have a more in-depth understanding. There are good and less-than-good days, but it is obvious that effort and strive to be better persists.

Great facility! My grandma lived here and they were really attentive and caring. The staff is welcoming and loving, I felt safe knowing she was in good hands. Their staff is very hands on and you can see how much they cares about their residents. There are lots of fun activities. It feels like family.

We are very pleased with the personalized care my husband is receiving at The Arbors at Ridges. The staff really care about him and are responsive to his needs. They provide interesting activities, delicious food and clean spaces.

Very pleased with Arbors at Ridges. The nursing staff has been very attentive to my mom's needs, as well as keeping us updated on her issues. The food service staff provides delicious meals. Administration keeps families updated via email on the special events happening in the building. We recommend Arbors to everyone who needs to place their loved one into assisted living!
