I have multiple clients who live in this building. I come in and out at least 5 days a week for years so I know the people who work here. They are all so kind to the seniors and strive to make them happy, bring opportunities to keep them moving, do fun projects, playing games, etc. If you're independent and a senior, this place is a good one to choose!

I have a family member in the facility, and they have been great. They have a service provided by Corsocare, and they have been excellent with helping care for him. I would most certainly recommend this facility for people who are not ready for nursing homes or memory care yet.

The apartments are decent but this place seems overpriced for what the residents receive. Unfortunately, they require you to pay for at least one meal per day. The food quality has declined over the years to the point that my mother in law won't eat what they're serving. See the photo for an example of a dinner that adds $11 to your daily rent. They will also charge an extra $3 if you want to add a salad or soup and another $3 to deliver to your apartment.

My mom lived at Lockwood of Waterford for about 16 months and enjoyed the many activities offered. The community offers on site hair salon, housekeeping, onsite medical team and meal plans. Staff very responsive to resident and family requests. I would highly recommend this community!

Amazing place for Nana. Great office staff. Maintenance are a life saver. Mini clinic is wonderful. Gives us a little bit of peace knowing someone is there 24, 7 in the building. The housekeeping is outstanding. I just wish the food would better in portion. Nana likes her food. Overall a beautiful place for Nana.
