Very friendly community, we all look out for each other and are family. Staff is great. Our activities director Cassidy is fun and schedules lots of activities and bus trips. Beautiful surroundings and close to shopping and restaurants. Love it here!

I recently moved in here around April and have been absolutely loving it! The community Director Cassidy is amazing and always willing to listen to suggestions or comments as well as plans some really fun events and activities for us! The front desk staff is also super helpful and quick to respond when needed! The other amenities like the Salon, Technology help services, medical equipment repairs and the bus trips are super nice to have offered!! I’ve made lots of friends here and have enjoyed the community that is built around here!

Lockwood of Waterford is a great place to live. The staff are all excellent and caring of the residents. Issues get resolved quickly. There are lots of activities to participate in, if you so desire. The meals and housekeeping services are nice to have. I have been here 1 1/2 years and so glad I made the decision to move here.

I would like to start by saying I don't have family in this residence. However in my profession I am called into many assisted living facilities. Quite often I get in and get out. I see filth in other facilities as well as lack of care, empathy or kindness. Lockwood of Waterford is the example of how assisted living facilities should be run and maintained. Happy staff. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Clean lobby, restroom and living apartments. I was blown away by the great work this team puts forth. You all are amazing!

I have multiple clients who live in this building. I come in and out at least 5 days a week for years so I know the people who work here. They are all so kind to the seniors and strive to make them happy, bring opportunities to keep them moving, do fun projects, playing games, etc. If you're independent and a senior, this place is a good one to choose!

I have a family member in the facility, and they have been great. They have a service provided by Corsocare, and they have been excellent with helping care for him. I would most certainly recommend this facility for people who are not ready for nursing homes or memory care yet.

The apartments are decent but this place seems overpriced for what the residents receive. Unfortunately, they require you to pay for at least one meal per day. The food quality has declined over the years to the point that my mother in law won't eat what they're serving. See the photo for an example of a dinner that adds $11 to your daily rent. They will also charge an extra $3 if you want to add a salad or soup and another $3 to deliver to your apartment.

My mom lived at Lockwood of Waterford for about 16 months and enjoyed the many activities offered. The community offers on site hair salon, housekeeping, onsite medical team and meal plans. Staff very responsive to resident and family requests. I would highly recommend this community!

Residents are wonderful. The changes they've made are beautiful but I don't think it is tailored to the senior community. The cost of services with the mini clinic is reasonable but still expensive. The cost of food on the other hand is just outward crazy. The quality of the food has drastically decline. My fiancees grandma dislikes it so much.

Amazing place for Nana. Great office staff. Maintenance are a life saver. Mini clinic is wonderful. Gives us a little bit of peace knowing someone is there 24/7 in the building. The housekeeping is outstanding. I just wish the food would better in portion. Nana likes her food. Overall a beautiful place for Nana.
