I like the facility, but there billing system is tremendously bad. They need to improve on how there billing system works. I would suggest that they should send one bill out per month for the rent and a separate bill for the additional cost in meals. Putting them both together on the same bill and making a statement that the resident have past due amount when you have paid up to date is not right. Just separate the bill it will help out a lot.

I am so please with the detailed attention and care that I received at The Park at Franklin from Norilee, Porshea, Robin, and Gwendolyn never before have I ever experience such sincere efforts from every last person that was involved in the process from the beginning to the end. I had to write this review for anyone that is faced with the same challenge in life that I had to go though with my love one finding a residency that offered quality living, yet kind and sincere so she could still keep her dignity and pride, activities everyday so she could keep her will, and yet affordable so as a family it was not a burden. I Highly recommend The Park at Franklin for your Love One too!

My parents moved here a few months ago and they love it! It feels like home and the food is amazing. We even rented the dining area for a family gathering. I wish my mom would have moved in sooner so she could have joined all the large groups of organizations. Mom is now in the red hat club. Dad plays cards with the group in the evening. Dont pass this place go check it out!

Warm & Welcoming. When visiting it was wonderful to see all the smiling residents enjoying their day. Having so many living options within one campus is so convenient. I would definitely recommend Park at Franklin!

My father moved in building C in February 2018. Ill start with the good things. My dad loves the food and the dining room staff. I eat there occasionally and find the food and staff quite good. His apartment is very nice clean, safe and quiet. HOWEVER.. The carpet in his hallway is absolutely deplorable. We have complained numerous times but got no resolution. The building what should be daily maintenance is non-existent. Elevators, blinds, window treatments laundry room have never been cleaned. Not filthy... but not clean. There is always litter in the parking lot. This place has the potential to be top notch, but falls woefully short because of this lack of cleanliness and building maintenance. Dont get me wrong... stuff that breaks gets fixed quick and this place should get five stars easy... they just need a facilities management person that can keep the building cleanliness up to spec.

This was a fabulous experience the staff is very professional & polite. I went for a tour on October 21st my birthday. I arrived a little late but wow to my surprise what they had for me was "Fabulous". I came in and gave my name an let the concierge know who I was their to see. Then I noticed a plaque on the counter that had my name. lt said Happy Birthday Charles Horne. I looked at the concierge she said Happy Birthday. "Cynthia" the concierge let Norilee Roberts know that I had arrived. Norilee came out and greeted me and said you finally have arrived, come with me then we went back into the conference room where she offered me a seat, and then here comes the big surprise the staff came with a mini cake & lighted candle and singing Happy Birthday with a birthday card. Now that's what sold me on this place that I'm planning to call home and move my Mom and I soon. Beautiful people that make you feel important and you matter. I also met the Manager she was Elegance and classy. The Fountains at Franklin is a awesome place I look forward to living their soon with my 87 years young Mom.??
