Convenient living for my grandmother. Close to major freeways so everyone in the family can easily visit. Staff is friendly and quick to respond to our requests. I highly recommend the it here for independent senior living

It took us a while to narrow down a place for my dad to live. The location of being by freeways and the convenience of having tons of amenities including a convenience store on property were great. The apartment size was difficult at first to adjust to as he was downsizing from a three bedroom home. I am happy that he is happy in his new home.

Its been over 2 weeks waiting for my stove to be exchanged maintenance is terrible. Way two expensive for this

I moved my 92 year old dad here from SW Michigan 2 months ago. He loves it! Being on Medicaid waiver limits available places, but this is right for him. Forget American House!

Although they are trying to make the place better, they seem to keep falling further behind. In our theater room our flat-screen TV was stolen one night back in early November 2018. They caught the theif. But still in January 2019 they have not purchase a replacement large flat-screen TV saying that they have to wait for the already 3 month delayed kitchen to be built. Instead they put a small bedroom size flat-screen TV in its place. They said that they were going to build a kitchen for us that was to be ready in mid November but still in mid January they are Trucking in food and rewarming it in a kitchen thats not complete. Although affordable it is slowly becoming Out Of Reach. They recently changed our lease to be month to month and therefore giving them the right to change the rent with 30 days notice. Well in the last 6 months theres been 2 rent increases. For all the things that I know, would I still rent here? I would say its a maybe! As a residence now Im hopeful that they will continue the progress and keep it affordable.

This community has come such a long way! The onsite kitchen and amenities are great. I would say the staff are like family and make you feel welcome and like you are at home.

Manager let me work off back rent while my Dad was in a nursing home! Housekeeping once a week. Meal plan on-site store medical staff on site! Etc. Currently going through lots of changes!

Recently toured the facility. It is lovely, the lobby and dining room has been renovated. The staff are so friendly. The residents appeared to love the staff, as when we walked by them, the residents and staff were joking and having so much fun.
