I have never been without power in an apartment for two days before. The manager was checking on the tenants, providing food and water plus asking if we needed anything or how were we doing. I was impressed and pleased. I like it here. It’s quiet, clean and peaceful. I have sold my home, and don’t plan on living in a house again. This place, so far is ideal for me. I still get around pretty good, and I try to be helpful to any tenants that I see, needs help. Like one tenant that couldn’t remember what apartment they lived in, they were new here. Or, when the fire alarm was going off and tenants on walkers and such were in the hallways concerned. The people here are friendly and nice. I like the guy that does the dinner meals. I especially liked the bazaar, where I bought some afghans and sweaters. I’m still working and driving. I also like the scheduled events here, such as shopping, and casino trips. They are ideal for companionship, and a way to get some air and a change of scenery. So, it’s nice to know if I needed to, or wanted to that this opportunity is available. Ok, I’m done. I had left home here and stopped there at my moms on my way to work. I’m seventy- one, and my mom will be ninety in two weeks. I would have left this review before now but I just figured out how too turn my reviews back on. " Getting Old " lol" Anyway I wanted too give a Big Shout out too Ray our office Manager here at Elmhaven Manor. When our power went out she Personally knocked on andl checked on every tenant. She bought pizza water sodas n donuts through doordash. Set up hot coffee n donuts in main lobby n acess too charge phones. She stayed until after 11pm everyday we had No Power even though the entire building and entire driveways front and back outside area where Pitch Black . Aside from the generators they had set up on the main lobby front entrance and second floor community room where tenants could sit get warm, charge phone's and kinda stay updated on the power outage. She did this Twice a day until our power came back on. I Honestly felt. So much safer especially since I suffer with Sever!e Anxiety! Ray is the Absolute Best ! Thank You Ray for Caring. I can't exspress how much you made me feel safer and less Anxiety! Thanks a million!

Friendly staff and residents. Interior corridor carpet could be replaced. Badly stained and worn. New kitchen meal service isn’t as great as previous Green Apple restaurant service. Less options, smaller portions, more money.

I have lived here since April and I enjoy meeting new residents. I have only one issue and that is the fact that the washers and dryers are so expensive. I do my laundry where it costs $1.00 for wash and $.25 to start for the dryers, you can add more if the clothes need more time. I would do my laundry here if it cost like the laundromat. I haven't had a chance to use all the available activities since I am dealing with many family issues right now. I hope to become more involved in the future. The staff are great, they are very respectful when I have questions and the maintenance men and the cleaning staff are very courteous when I see them.

Beautiful place inside & out really clean just moving in & they worked with me to be affordable great office staff, when the maintenance man love my apartment very cozy but GREAT met at least a dozen residents & liked them all

Both my husbands grandmothers lived there until they passed. The experience truly lengthened their lifespan and definitely made it more convenient and fun. A Perfect place for your loved ones last years of life.

Fantastic place for your loved ones. Staff is great the premises are maintained very well. My sister loves it here and is very happy. Lots of fun activities.

Love living here. Residents very nice. I play Bingo twice a week and adult coloring twice a week. We have awesome parties every Friday. Staff very nice.

My mom lived her for a year and a half and it was a wonderful experience. Great apartments, caring staff and lots of activities to keep her busy. She also made a lot of friends. I highly recommend Elmhaven manor.
