My husband Robert Silverman is currently in Novi Lakes. He gets amazing care!! The nursing and physical therapy staff are top knotch. On top of the amazing care the food is so good. I eat with my husband as couch as I can!! I met the chef Cam such a very nice person they are very lucky to have him! I would recommend this rehab to everyone!

My mother-in-law went to Novi Lakes after a terrible fall. They were able to get her rehabbed and back home safely. The staff was fantastic! I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking!

My mom has been a resident here for a few months and she just loves it. From physical therapy, multiple daily activities to yummy meals. She's made a lot of new friends and is always telling me how nice everyone is that works here. But her two favorites are Darlene her aid and Cameron one of the chefs. I'm even told that Cameron is cooler than Tim.

I have spent 3 weeks at Novi Lakes Rehab in 2023 and 2024. This facility is 5 star in all devisions. PT and OT are stellar, they work with each patient according to diagnosis and set goals for success. The facility and rooms are clean and roomy. They have short & long Term Rehab and Assisted Living sections. The nurses pay attention to medicine needs. The care givers are caring, know how to assist residents. The kitchen does a great job with food choices and preparation & snacks available 24 hrs. Chef Kaden is doing a fabulous job and way more handsome than Tim. The activities are varied and they try to include residents and encourage participation, movie &popcorn, fun crafts, trivia & crosswords, w/c & chair exercise's. Happy Hour Wed & Fri( with entertainment). Seriously,if you gave to pick a facility, choose NOVI LAKES far above the rest.

My mother recently completed a 45 day stay at Novi Lakes to receive rehab for a broken hip. I can't say enough good things about the care she received. The management team and all of the staff are kind, caring and professional. The nurses always took the time to answer any questions our family asked - Ashley, Jessica, Mariah, Tia, Melissa, Angelique and Mario, Darlene and Cathy were wonderful. Hopefully I did not miss any names. The Physical Therapy team is second to none - Erica, Virginia and the rest of the team did a great job and my mom is walking better every day since she has been home due to their focused care. Alicia, Melissa, Sara and Carol are the heartbeat of the facility as far as I am concerned. They are inclusive and obviously enjoy their work. And they understand that being around other people and participating is also a part of the healing process. And last but not least I was very impressed with Tim Reardon and his entire management team. They dive right in to help serve patients their meals when needed and they remember the names of the patients they speak with. Overall if I could give Novi Lakes a 10 rating if I could give more stars. I will recommend Novi Lakes to anyone who needs to have excellent care for their loved one.

I spent a short time at Novi Lakes and have nothing but positive feedback for the entire staff. From the Admin staff to the janitorial crew I was treated with respect and compassion. The therapists got me motivated and reactivated very quickly. Thanks one and all for making my stay a positive experience.

Beautiful facility and caring, kind, professional staff. My mother recently stayed here for PT and she was extremely pleased with her stay and the food! Everyone was so nice and professional. The physical therapists were knowledge and patient and everytime I had a question someone answered. If you're looking for a place for a short term stay, definitely consider Novi Lakes. Thank you to all those who took such good care of my mother. You are truly appreciated and valued.

My Mother has been a resident at Novi Lakes for over 3 years, and I'm a huge fan of their staff and social activities team in particular. The workers are sincerely compassionate and very caring with my Mom. Jason and the entire kitchen crew work tirelessly to be creative and put on superb Sunday brunches.

The Physical and Occupational therapists are wonderful. The PA was wonderful as well as all the aids and other staff. The nurse that did the discharge for my mom, however was very rude, mean, and insensitive not just to my mom, but to other patients and visiting families. My children had warned me about her when they were visiting. She should not be working in an environment where people are at a difficult point in their life. What a shame. Another note, I was never notified when my mother fell on several occasions. She once was even sent to the hospital. They had three contact numbers and didn't bother to speak to anyone.

When we were looking for a rehab facility for my mother, we were told that this facility was 5 star. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The nurses and aides constantly complained about how understaffed they are, how over worked they are and how they were too busy to help my mother with her bathroom needs or night time care. In her 5 week stay, my mother had only two showers!

Novi Lakes has been a blessing to my family. When my mother needed care most they showed that skilled nursing's are a safe place to be. She has had a long road, but with every level of service we receive we are impressed by staff and management. I recommend Novi Lakes for anyone who may need some rehab to get home safe. If anyone can do it they can.
