A beautiful facility that offers many opportunities for activities and outings. Meals are served at any time between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You can chose the meal of the day or something else off of the menu. You can order additional or alternative food items if desired Residents are friendly and welcome new comers. All levels of care are provided from Independent living to assisted living to memory care. The costs are a bit steep depending on the amount of services needed, which are charged a-la-carte. Staff are friendly and responsive. There is a beauty salon, library, gym and movie theatre on site. Definately a place to consider!

Our once Beautiful and Special senior living facility has deteriorated in the past year. Many residents that I talk to everyday are not happy. The weekly room housekeeping that was promised to me when I first toured the facility is not happening. My apartment has not been cleaned in a month. I keep it clean and sparkling myself. We are told to set our trash out everyday in the hallway and it will be picked up twice a day. That’s not happening. The 3rd floor hallway and meeting room’s in the Independent Living facility are very cold. I joke that “We residents can hang a side of beef in the hallway and it will never spoil”. These issues must be addressed and fixed now! I want to once again be an “Ambassador for Anthology Of Novi Senior Living Facility…however these issues need to be fixed and NOT just talked about.

Management staff is in complete and utter chaos! Consistently under crisis management, rooms can and will go 30 days without being cleaned. Restrooms are nasty, elevators are NEVER cleaned! Community has spiraled downward since Grand Opening!

I am so happy we convinced mom to move from her home to Anthology. It was the best decision. People are amazing and the place is so welcoming. Mom has been there two weeks and already it feels like home to her.

I can't speak highly enough of this community and the people who manage it. My mother toured in January and again in May. The staff treated her and us professionally. The residents went out of the their way to talk to my mother during her tour, expressing their hope she might move in. We signed a lease and I moved my mothers things into her one bedroom apartment. The cleaning staff said hello and talked with me about the cleaning schedule. The nursing staff introduced themselves and said they were looking forward to mom moving in. Residents even talked with my friends who helped move mom's things, telling them what a great place it was to love. Mom was due to move in on a Tuesday but sadly she died suddenly the day before. When I called to tell the staff what had happened I was met with extraordinary kindness. They tore up the checks we had written them. They told us we could move mom's things out when we were ready. From the sales staff to the front desk to the waiter who served me lunch the day I moved my mothers things out of Anthology I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness in our time of grief. My father and grandmother were in assisted living at other facilities before they passed- neither facility was as professional, clean or kind. I can't speak highly enough of Anthology. I would feel comfortably entrusting any family member into the care of the staff and community here.
