MainCentre apartment complex and units definitely show their ag, however, are well-maintained and ideally situated to enjoy downtown Northville. On site property managers are professional, cordial and attentive. Also, kudos to this Singh property's Maintenance Supervisor, Jamal W., for investing himself in maintaining our units as if he personally resided here too I'd say the only con about living at MainCentre is light (windows) in one direction only

We've been residents at Maincentre apartments for over 5 years and we've totally enjoyed living in downtown Northville. The staff is very friendly and customer focused. Alexis in the front office is always available to address and issues and Jamaal from maintenance addresses our maintenance requests promptly and professionally. The location is very convenient for shopping and dining, everything within walking distance. The downtown summer concert series is a must attend event.

In my third year at Maincentre Apartments. Shantelle and Debbie make the management office a place of peace and assistance. I am treated like family. They are always responsive to feedback, and are very easy to talk to. Both of these women treat the building as a residence and not an institution or a place where they work. I feel respected and genuinely appreciated. The apartment itself is on one of the courtyards, and it is mostly quiet and peaceful. The building is constantly maintained and our maintenance requests are promptly dealt with. I love being a resident here. Beautiful downtown Northville up the block, or I could go the other way and find beautiful trails and parks just three blocks that way. If you are retiring or simply downsizing, these apartments are a great choice.

We had an outstanding experience working with Shantelle throughout the process of touring and signing the lease for our dream apartment. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Her positive energy made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. During our initial tours, we mentioned that we were hoping for more natural light. Just a week later, Shantelle personally called to let us know that a new apartment had just become available. one that checked all of our boxes, including lots of windows. She remembered exactly what we were looking for, and when we toured it, it truly was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. We highly recommend asking for Shantelle if you're touring the complex she made the experience wonderful from start to finish!

I have been a resident at MainCentre for five years, and have known Shantelle (the Leasing Agent of MainCentre), for the last three. Debbie has consistently gone above and beyond her regular responsibilities of her job, and has been there for so much more. All communities are being challenged by the lack of humanity and decency to other humans in this current environment. It’s a breath of fresh air, that Shantelle chooses to look AFTER vulnerable people as opposed to walking away! The vibe Shantelle projects as the first person usually seen in the lobby, goes a long way in making an apartment into a home.

The onsite management is excellent and responsive to any questions or issues. Led by Debbie, the professionalism and leadership she has provided over several years has been top notch. Under her leadership she is always doing something special in the building or with its decor to make it feel like home. She and her team work hard to assure the upkeep of the building, promptly notify us of any issues (such as with electronic gates or security doors) and provides always provides timelines and updates. She and her team work hard to know each tenant and understand and reflect the importance of providing excellent management.

Conveniently located in Northville's downtown, Maincentre provides easy access to the library, bread store, and my other favorite haunts. It's well-managed and surprisingly quiet. I spent a year and a half there and would gladly do it again.

We really enjoyed living at Maincentre. Parking underground on a secured lot was great and keyed entry in to building added great security. Also the staff are wonderful. Christina, Tony and Eric were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. All in all it was a wonderful experience!

Lived here for 3 years. Can't beat the location, in the heart of a quiet but lively downtown area with tons of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, library, walking trails, a Kroger and a CVS all walkable, plenty of downtown festivities (multiple festivals, parades, and community events) are steps from your home. Management was always available and helpful, we had a few maintenance issues over the years but the staff was always prompt and would fix issues as quickly as could be expected. Parking is convenient, private, covered and enclosed, always plenty of spots. Units are being renovated as tenants move out, so you can be confident that everything in your unit will be close to, if not brand new. Definitely on the higher end price wise, but if location is important to you, Maincentre can't be beat in the area. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

MainCentre apartment community has an array of amazing attributes, including the most appealing to me and that is the walkability lifestyle! I literally park my car on Friday and do not use it all weekend. Northville's premier apartment community is at the center of a vibrant downtown full of highly rated restaurants, coffee shops , pubs and boutiques that satisfies all my shopping needs including a major high end grocery store. It does not take much to convince my friends and family to visit me because of all of what Northville has to offer. I have a front row seat to festivals and parades and I am a few steps away from beautiful parks and seasonal concerts. MainCentre has been my home for over 5 years and I am always well rested because I am living in one of Michigan's safest neighborhood and my vehicles are secured in locked underground parking. This community has an on-site modern fitness center and a brand new clubhouse with a state of the art kitchen. The staff is very responsive , professional and friendly. I love living in the heart of the amazing neighborhood of Northville at MainCentre. The very secure building has been update in 2016 with shaker style cabinets and granite counter tops. The garden and city views are amazing and I highly recommend Singh Maincentre apartments in the middle of this vibrant downtown community.
