We had a great time at Brookdale. They were happy to give the family a tour right away, and they also had space for my loved one right away. They were willing to meet the needs of each resident. The residents got three meals a day, and they could pick what they wanted. They even gave the family meals while we were there. If a resident didn't want to go to the dining room, the staff would bring their food to their room. The staff was always available to answer the family's questions.

When we first walked in, we thought Tridgeview Commons felt more like home than the other places we visited, which felt more like institutions or clinics. The only "bad" thing I could think of is that there isn't a "system" for visitors. You can just walk in and visit; no one will stop you, ask you to sign in, or ask questions.

After our 100 year old mother fell, we were forced to make a quick decision on where to place her for assisted living. After touring a few facilities, we found Tridgeview Commons to be the best fit. The location is warm and inviting and staff friendly and forthcoming. We feel that the decision we made was a good one and thank "A Place for Mom" for the referral.

Had to leave Mom w/staff at Brookdale. They were caring and professional,looking out for her. They tried to get her to join in the various activities. When the time came to bring her home both she and staff were sad to say good bye.

Very clean, home like community that is family orientated. You will get to know all of the staff, other residents and their families. All food is home cooked from scratch. A variety of activities, 2 nurses on staff that are always available. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and caring.
