I cannot express enough how hard everyone strives to make Waltonwood Cherry Hill a place of comfort that provides high standards of care for their residence. I've worked as a first responder for many years servicing many senior living communities and Waltonwood Cherry Hill truly stands above the rest. The executive director is Ms. Tiffiany Tucker, she leads her community with compassion and great respect for the residents. Furthermore, Ms. Tucker and her management staff consistently display a dedication with a great moral compass as they navigate everyday operations assuring the comfort and well being of not just the residents, but the staff alike.

Our family toured this community as an option for my grandmother for memory care. Our tour was very impressive. Everyone was friendly and the apartments were spacious. The life enrichment program was extensive and the residents were all engaged. The menu looked delicious as well. My grandmother ended up moving near my uncle in another state but I would highly recommend this community. PS: the cherry pie they sent us home with from their pastry department was amazing

I love working at Waltonwood Cherry Hill! As a server, Ive had the ability to grow relationships and friendships with the residents (even through a door frame for the majority of 2020). The staff and residents are truly one big family. The Waltonwood community makes the absolute best working and living environment, even throughout the most questionable and worrisome times. The serving staff is young, energetic, and always happy to serve our residents. We love seeing a smile from the residents while pushing around decorative carts, holding mini parades, passing out sweets and treats, Christmas Caroling, Activity carts, producing our very own Variety, Talent show and much more! We do the absolute most to ensure that our residents dont feel alone during times of uncertainty. Being able to slowly introduce in-person seating at dinner service with limited capacity is surely the highlight of our day! Our kitchen staff has implemented a super efficient way of service that requires minimal stress and less intense work periods. Most importantly, it has given the servers the ability to talk to our residents and create relationships instead of carelessly servings and leaving the residents abandoned at their tables. Not to mention the food and desserts taste amazing! I would highly and with no hesitation recommend Waltonwood Cherry Hill to any prospective resident or staff member :))

I feel like this job allows me to be myself as well! Dancing and singing for the residents nightly while passing out after dinner snacks always makes them smile and giggle! The hours are great! The friendships I have made from this place are next level. Spending everyday of quarantine with the same group of people really allows you to bond! Helping the residents through this difficult time has helped me so much! It gives me something to look forward to. Being the only connection these residents have to the outside world really makes me feel like this job isnt all serving, its making someones day just a little bit better. The current Director and staff have done an exceptional job in keeping families informed and up to date since COVID restrictions took hold and theyve devised creative activities to keep residents engaged yet safe. Dining Services has done their part in sharing weekly menus with families and preparing special treats to brighten the days. I just started working here at the beginning of January and I have to say I absolutely love working here. All of my coworkers are friendly and helpful, my managers are amazing and always willing to help me if need be, and most of all I love the relationships I have built with the residents. Its a hard time for them being in lock down with no family visitations so I have to try to be there for them and I enjoy going to work everyday to learn more about them and how much more I appreciate the job I have, because hopefully I make some difference, as much as they make a difference in my life. I love working at Waltonwood cherry hill. Over my almost two years of working here, I have assumed multiple roles. I have worked as a dishwasher, server, and now I am a prep cook. Throughout my two years of working here, our utmost and top priority has been to make sure that our residents stay happy and healthy. We have done various things to make sure this happens from throwing socially distanced talent shows to caroling during the holiday season and also just doing checkups on residents to just have casual talks about their days. In that time I have come to know the staff and facility very well, and I can say without doubt that everyone here really cares about what they do and making Waltonwood the best place they possibly can for their residents. in the kitchen we have many veteran team members with many years of hotel and restaurant experience, and the food and pastries reflect that experience. But beyond just me department, many staff members do everything they can to make the Waltonwood experience the best they can. From taking cakes and singing to residents on their birthdays, to putting on a traveling talent show to give the residents some entertainment in this crazy time, to even dressing up in Christmas decorations and traversing the halls singing Christmas carols, everyone here cares about what they are doing and strive to make the residents stay the best. I hands down would recommend Waltonwood to any prospective new residents or people looking for work.

Working at Waltonwood has been a wonderful experience for me. When I was first hired back in August of 2020, I felt so welcomed by the residents and staff. Waltonwood is really like a huge family, and families care for each other. The staff here at Waltonwood makes sure that the residents feel welcome, whether it is in the dining room or during activities throughout the day. One thing I have noticed about Waltonwood is its stress on keeping everything clean and sanitized. Especially during these harsh times, our kitchen, servers, and all staff make sure that Waltonwood remains a safe place for everybody. I think my co-workers and I can all agree that Waltonwood is a place where someone can feel comfortable and relaxed. And I am sure the residents can all agree that the food and desserts here are absolutely delicious! All of our associates constantly go above and beyond to help residents and make them feel at home. Even throughout this pandemic, our associates have remained committed to safely keeping residents engaged, happy, and healthy. Our culinary department put on a Variety Show last year, where we performed multiple, socially distanced shows, for all of our residents to view from the safety of their apartments to add some fun to the monotony of quarantine. It was a BLAST! My brother said it best, there truly is never a dull moment! All of the residents that I have come into contact with here have made a lasting impact on my life and I cannot imagine my life without any of them in it. This is a great place for seniors. The staff is very caring and goes the extra mile to ensure their residents are happy and well taken care of. Ive met many residents while visiting my sister-in-law, and they are happy. Many will tell you its the best decision they ever made. During the coronavirus, they have been especially careful in keeping residents safe from the virus. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a senior living facility.
